Clean, courteous and quick service. Make a appointment your wait is not long on most days.

Akeela was wonderful! She took me less than 15 minutes after I walked-in, and she got the blood draw on the first try.

The reviews nearly scared me off, but I’m glad they did not. The waiting room is admittedly the picture of corporate dystopia - and reading the Glassdoor reviews, I can see why - but I was treated very well, the service was very quick, and they were largely accommodating when I had issues with insurance (who keeps a physical card anymore?). It’s an okay spot.

Says they are open till 5 p.m. but in fact they close the doors at 4 p.m. I arrived 4:02 p.m. and they refused to take my drop off! Extremely rude!

Will never use Quest again. Waited several hours beyond my appointment time for a test that took a few minutes. Full waiting room. Rude and brusque reception as well once you're in. Whoever owns Quest should shut down this location.

Terrible. The scheduling system is broken, it lost my appointments two days in a row, resulting in multiple trips in which I was unable to have blood drawn.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. Rude nurse and a simple blood draw turned into a painful bruise. I repeatedly asked the nurse to be more gentle as it was really painful every time she changed vials. Avoid this location!

This is a late post... I visited this Quest location on September 18th, 2022. The unmanned office pictures you see when you land on this site from your Google search are the ones I uploaded at the time of my visit. After reading the previous reviewer's post, it brought back the memories of that awful visit.I had made an appointment on the Quest website ahead of time and arrived at the office on time. There were two other people waiting for their appointments in the office when I arrived. Like the previous reviewer, I also checked in using their self check-in system. There was no one sitting at the reception desk, and no one ever arrived to man it in the entire 1.5 hours I was there. I, too, had the same experience of waiting a long time with no one coming out to check on us. My appointment time long passed, and the check-in machine claimed I missed the appointment that I'd been waiting nearly an hour for. I asked the people who were also waiting if they saw anyone coming out of the office, and they said "a while ago". After chatting about the awful service and how Quest could run an office like this in a busy location, the door to the office finally opened, and a man with very obvious fake bandages on both arms came strolling out. Shortly thereafter, a woman comes out of the office and calls my name, which surprised me because the two people I had been chatting with were there before me. The woman who took my blood had a brusque manner, like she was busy and I was a bother. After looking around the inner office, I realized she was the only one working there, and I got the sense the previous "patient" was actually a friend of hers who had been paying her a visit. They likely overheard our chatter in the waiting room and decided she had to go back to work. After getting my blood drawn without further issue, I left to find one of the people who had been waiting decided to leave without being seen for their appointment. A few hours later, I noticed a bruise where I had my blood drawn. While I did not experience pain, this bruise stuck around for a week.

Glitchy automated check-in system. Your name doesn’t show on the displayed list of checked in appointments vs Walk-ins. They could not pull my lab work order from my doctor. Once I got my order from my doctor the nurse said I had to wait while she helped 2 other patients who had appointments 30 mins and 1 hour AFTER me. She couldn’t have THEM wait too long after THEIR appointments, even though I arrived on time and it was now an hour past my appointment! She casually dismissed me when I spoke up. I walked out not wanting medical work from them.

I see two types of comments on this site: 1) Comments saying there was terrible service or no service at all. 2) Comments that basically say “I don’t know what all those folks are talking about, this place is great.” I’m sure all those “good” ratings are from “real people” who gave “real” ratings, but they must have gone elsewhere.I just came from this location. Here’s what I ACTUALLY found: 1) A waiting area that’s not staffed by anyone. 2) TV playing ads for how wonderful and fast Quest’s “service” is, while people sit there receiving none at all.I put my confirmation code into the kiosk, received a “checked in” message, then waited…and waited. Later, I looked at the list of people waiting for service (there were a few, and non of them had seen a single human, either). I noticed that my name, which was there a few minutes before, wasn’t listed on the screen. When I reentered my confirmation code at the kiosk, it said I was late for my appointment so I would have to make a new one!Oh, did I mention that I wasn’t smart enough to take my own advice?? Yep, the same thing happened a few months ago, when I tried using the same Quest location and got the same result – just an empty waiting area and no way to contact an actual human. For those keeping score, that’s 2 trips to quest, and 0 lab services received. Perhaps it won’t surprise anyone to learn that I WON’T BE MAKING THAT MISTAKE A 3RD TIME!!!If your hobby is wasting your time, this is the place for you. If, on the other hand, your time is something you value at all, run (don’t walk, run) anywhere else.

I'm shocked and appalled that the phlebotomist at the Montague location is allowed to work in the medical field. Patients are coming to get bloodwork done often because they are sick or they are trying to get to a diagnosis. Rather than being met with compassion, they are met with an extremely rude and unprofessional woman who very clearly hates her job and hates human beings.

DO NOT GO HERE, literally the absolute worst service ever. There was no one there to start and I waited 10 minutes until I tried knocking on the door, where I was treated very rudely, and then told I needed to down load an app and fax some documents to a phone number, upon which I left.

Not helpful at all. Rude. Side eyeing most unprofessional crew I have ever met. These are the people who are responsible for our healthcare. I had an appointment. Walked in - checked in. Three women followed and all of them checked in... Clearly I was first in line. The employee chose to call on the three black women first and left me sitting there. I finally walked out.
