Fast service, great tech. It was very easy to set up the appointment online and check in on the app. Lab was not crowded and the lab technician who took my blood was awesome.

Went to this location on 7/20/24. Logged in at the kiosk put my insurance information in. They was taking walk ins my wait time was 30 mins. All of a sudden a lady comes for the back yelling they don’t take walk in’s on the weekend. So why did the kiosk let me register ? It was a hour until closing and she just wanted to go home. I would never go back to this location.

My visit to the Quest Center was wonderful from start to finish. I was extremely happy with the attention and professionalism of Aquila who was my phlebotomist. She ushered me through the process of signing in and then did a great job collecting my blood.

Angelique is the best!!! I was anxious going into a 3 hour test with multiple blood draws, but she instantly put me at ease and made it a very smooth experience. I also found the check in process to be super easy - I had an appointment and signed in via text when I arrived. Angelique took me right on time. I’ll definitely come back to this location again for any future tests I may need!

Angelique is amazing! Not only did she find my hard to find vein on the very first try, I literally did not feel ANYTHING. First time ever. You should give her a raise for that alone quite frankly. She was also very kind and efficient, which I always appreciate.

I had a seamless trouble-free experience this week at the 195 Montague Street, Brooklyn location. I was called within a minute of my appointment that I made in the morning. From check-in process, questions asked, having proper paperwork from my primary physician, blood drawn and finalizing everything with no issues at all. I wonder if staff was different for those who had bad experiences.

The woman who works here is so rude that it should be criminal. She seems to get power out of mistreating patients. This place is a waste of time and money. Dear Quest - please fire the woman who works here and get your act together.
