Terrible phone help. (EDIT BELOW)
I tried to call for some information on requesting a blood test. The phone system was just a bunch of recordings with no useful information. It would sit there and spit unrelated information at you then hang up on you.
I'll update if I can actually get through to someone about getting some bloods done.
EDIT: I used the online chat bot and they were really helpful. Bought the tests that I needed without any insurance and they were very open and honest about their fees. There weren't any hidden or unexpected fees. Booked my tests online, scheduled an appointment and then showed up the next morning. I was in and out in about 10minutes and my results came that afternoon. Super helpful results pages and they have different versions you can download, with or without graphs.
I would definitely recommend, especially if you don't have a doctors referral or insurance.

I had my blood taken yesterday at this location and it was a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the phlebotomist I worked with, but she was so gentle and went out of her way to accommodate me despite me being chaotic (I only had photos of my ID and insurance card, and thus couldn't check in at the kiosk, etc.). Interacting with her was a bright spot in an otherwise very difficult month. She reminded me to eat and drink and rest. I'm grateful to her for her kindness.

This is probably one of the worst locations in Brooklyn. I brought my 4yrs old to get some blood work to a lab.
Two teenage looking girls was there to take the blood.
My kid was clearly scared, no comforting, instead they clearly looked annoyed.
I also had to get my blood taken for some labs and I made it at 4:40 and no one was there.
What is the point of having on the website that there closing at 5 if they leave earlier.
According to a security guard they tell people they stop seeing walk in at 2pm, but again no mention of that on the website.
Quest need to look into this office to ensure that there following the quest practice.

Arrived at 4 PM and waited after check in for twenty minutes to be told that they were ‘done for the day’ (they close at 5 pm.) and I should make an appointment. The waiting room was empty. Another example of how inefficient our medical system is. I won’t be coming back.

I’ve been waiting 15 minutes past my appointment time. There is absolutely no sense of patient care nor urgency at this Quest location. Same with the one in Boro Park. I’m not going to this company for lab tests again after this. Absolutely unacceptable ESPECIALLY when taking in patients for fasting blood work who could suffer if they wait longer to eat or drink.

Lana was an exceptional phlebotomist. She was pretty, efficient, cheerful and fast. She stuck my son and kept him distracted while she got his blood. The best experience I’ve ever had with phlebotomist sticking my 5yr old. She deserves a raise for her outstanding customer service.

My service was fantastic thanks to my phlebotomist. I have seen her multiple times and she has always made what could seemingly be an anxious or uncomfortable experience, full of ease, positivity and kindness. I have never had such a better experience getting my blood drawn! I love her!

I went there this evening just to drop off a specimen and I arrived 5pm due to traffic. They refused to take the specimen unbelievable.
