I would give no stars if I could. Checked in at 8 pm. Was given a 3rd floor room and then told the elevator was out of service. Too tired to go elsewhere I took the room. It was filthy. Sticky drops all along the floor and on the TV ledge as well as dust and things on the floor. Mold in the shower and dust and "stuff" on the floor. The next day at my insistence I was given a 1st floor room. This was a little cleaner but faced the expressway with constant noise. Can not believe this is a Quality Inn.

I would say the room was decent for a night's stay. The room was on the first floor facing the street. The bathroom, bedroom/desk area with refrigerator was clean and no smells. Level C was where we got ice , vending machines, and the breakfast room. Parking was free directly across from the hotel underneath the bridge.Walkability: Hotel is located around 2 clubs, 3-4 restaurants, corner store, tire shop. One block up is 4th Avenue with a barbershop, corner stores, more restaurants and flower shops.

Edit: Note that you have to be 21+ to stay hereI was kinda scared from the other reviews but it was a nice place. The room was clean, had an adjustable temperature, and there was no noise. And the people at the front desk were always nice. No complaints :)

The rooms are small and easy to hear noise in the surrounding rooms.Breakfast does not start until 7:30 am but goes until 10am so a sleep in option at least. Most importantly being on a road trip I booked this hotel with plans to use the guest laundry services as advertised on their listing on the choice hotels website to be told they don’t offer this. This is a massive turn off for me as planned my activities around this now need to look elsewhere to wash my clothes due to false advertising.

Location is not bad near the subway about 5 mins walk. The front desk that greeted me was friendly. The room was a bit wore out, one of the shower glass door is missing and you can still see some dirty water marks even after they’ve clean the room. One of my towel has a chunk of hair on it and the towels all have very strong chemical smell. The room isn’t very soundproof so you might want to bring ear plugs just in case there’s ppl next door likes their Tv loud at midnight. They do have free breakfast in the basement, bagels, toast and coffees.

this hotel had some fees that were not talked about in the reviewsMe and my boyfriend checked in around 3:30am ish and the staff in the lobby was nice and friendly with us. When you first check in, there is a security fee of $50 to ensure you don't break any rules. This fee is chill since they said it will drop when you check out in 3-5 business days. Check in is 3pm, check out is 11am.Base on previous review, we hope that our room would be clean and tidy, that we would not be sleeping with bugs.We checked in, our room was a decent size. We had a king size bed with a TV that streams netfix, hulu, disney +, etc. The bed did take up most of our walking space. Bathroom was also a decent size, they do provide mini hand sanitizer size lotion, conditioner, and shampoo. And some towels. still bring your own. For the bed, some of the pillows were a little worn out but there was 2 pillow that was decent out of the four. There's quite a lot of noises outside the hotel building that you can hear if you are a light sleeper. You can also hear people outside your door.we missed out on breakfast catching up for sleep so I can't say much for that (for those who do miss out, there's a costco nearby, around 8 minute walk, you can just go there and get there cheap food).Since we checked in around 3am in the morning, we had ask the staff during check in if it was possible to check out at 12. The staff said yes nicely so we thought it was no problem. In the morning we received a call from the lobby saying we had to pay a $25 late fee for checking out late... me and my boyfriend had been in a quality inn hotel around the vestal near Binghamton university and we were basically late to checking out but a late fee was never part of the conversation in that hotel. maybe different policy for different quality inn hotel.overall, small room, nice big comfy bed, worn out pillow, nice staff who didn't bother telling us about a late fee lol.

The entire place smells like 2nd hand cigarette smoke, the bathroom shower was dirty when I walked in. The room smelled like pinesol and cigarettes which just made me wanna puke even more. Additionally, I found hair on the bed.It might be a little more cheaper but save yourself from staying here and spend a little more money to stay in a healthier hotel.

We stayed here because it was close to a concert venue but stay away from this disgusting horrible establishment. It has the typical motel vibes. Our room smelled like it baked in weed and cigarettes giving me a headache. The bedsheets had cigarette burns in them and the towels had holes. I had to open the windows and deal with the noise from the expressway literally right across our window to air some out some of the smell. We told the guy downstairs but he was nonchalant about it, "as long as it wasn't you" vibe. The front desk staff could care less who walks in or out of the building and our room door had a broken latch. "Breakfast" is cheap cereal, bagel, bread, and coffee that's about it. This place was definitely a dump for about $300 on a Saturday night. Oh and there's no parking lots in the area just street parking.

Nice customer service. I let front desk know I forgot my toothbrush toothpaste and razor and I wanted some extra shampoo and towels which they gave right away. I was worried about how clean it would be based on the other reviews here but my room and bathroom was clean. The most important thing I always check for at my hotels is bedbugs since you can find them even at the higher priced hotels and I didn't see any issues with that either. It covered all my requirements so not bad at all for the low price 5/5.

A very affordable hotel in a convenient location. Restaurants, cafes, bars, and other shops nearby. You can access the trains and bus easily. I thought it'd be more noisy but I ended up not hearing any of the outside traffic and if you're a really light sleeper you can ask them for ear plugs. Vending machines are available if you want a snack or drink without stepping outside, which is honestly nice to have when its really late at night. There's a free breakfast but if you're looking for more there's a Cafe and restaurant right next door. The young man at the front desk was polite and professional. All In all a decent hotel stay.
