I've spent years in physical therapy until I've found this place!In 7 sessions they have resolved my pain completely and gave me really simple and easy to follow exercises to make sure it doesn't come back.I'm super happy and pain free for weeks now!!

The doctor is really really nice. I had an accident on the right knee and it’s not getting better. After I came here and had physical therapy, I start to walk normally and the pain is going away. Definitely recommended!!!

DR.Anwar is a great therapist I saw him couple months ago and he really helped me a lot and I’m feeling way better than I used to be doctors told me that I needed surgery but after doing therapy with Dr. Anwar I don’t feel like I need any surgery anymore highly recommend this place that everyone that needs therapy.

I sincerely and wholeheartedly want to thank the friendly team of Prokinetics Physical Therapy for their excellent work. Special thanks to the therapists Hossamalden and Marwa. You are doing an excellent job! After a month of therapy, I began to feel more alert, younger and the pain completely disappeared. Assistant therapists Olga and Arianna always meet in a good mood and with a smile. They always go forward if you need to find a convenient time for an appointment. Thanks a lot!!!

I came to this location looking for help and a physical therapist who could provide the care and necessary treatment for my patella. I have dislocated it three times (now FOUR after leaving this horrendous establishment) and was placed under the care of Hossam Albassiouny. On my first day meeting with him, it went pretty well, although I did feel a little uncomfortable at times with him. It was nothing major or worth me not coming back, and the woman at the front desk was nice to me on this day. I came for the next appointment the following Wednesday (last week) and arrived 15 minutes late after changing my appointment time. I had no problem waiting, and when I was able to be seen, the treatment this time felt way more off than the first time. I spent an hour doing all of the exercise Hossam told me to do, and then he came sat down and started manipulating and messing around my patella. Keep in mind, I have dislocated it THREE TIMES, clearly there is a huge issue with it and it should not be moved around in the way he was doing. He grabbed it and move it side to side for what seemed like forever, and I told him to STOP because it hurt and something felt wrong. HE DID NOT AND HE DISLOCATED MY PATELLA AGAIN. I started screaming because I was in agonizing pain and he stood there and did nothing. The front desk Russian lady who was originally so nice to me came inside and said "Can you stop yelling, you're scaring the patients" I was in complete shock from what happened to my body and what kind of treatment I was getting from these people. I had to maneuver it back into place myself while he did nothing and kept saying "you're good, you're good" I have never been more hurt, angry, and confused in a "professional" medical setting in my entire life. This man has NO IDEA what he is doing, because if you went to school and train to handle people and the body, you should know that is not something you do, and when someone tells you stop you stop. And as for the front desk woman, she needs to get a reality check and understand that in emergency situations like that, you do not behave and speak in that manner. HE DID NOT APOLOGIZE, HE DID NOT CARE WHAT HE DID TO ME. I immediately called my orthopedist after in tears from how shocked and angry I was with what happened to me. Save yourself and your body the pain and find someone who actually has the professional and right care to handle you and your body.

I had a lot of knee pain when I first started. Working with Hossam helped alleviate a lot of the pain. I can walk and exercise without any pain after just a few sessions.My therapy has been a mix of electrical stimulation with heat, exercises, and stretches.Overall, it's been great at ProKinetics and my knee feels a lot stronger and no longer bothers me. I also appreciate that my session starts at the appointment time.

I chose this physical therapy after my bunion surgery. It was hard to pick the right place and I am so glad I chose this one! My therapist is Hassan, he is amazing! I see the progress every visit! I really recommend him and will definitely give the contact of this place to all my family and friends. Also, want to thank Olga. She is doing great job and the service is on point! Thank you guys!

Had lower back problems for a few years and shin splints for about a year. Fixed those problems and I can be active without pain again! Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for physical therapy.

I have been suffering with terrible neck, back and shoulder pain. By the time I went to Prokinetics PT it had been 8 months of pain. I tried PT, multiple tests, injections, chiropractic services, massage and Accupuncture.After i shared this history, the first thing that DR. HOSSAMALDEN ALBASSIOUNY did was examine my mouth. He diagnosed me with TMJ. After just the first treatment I experienced more relief than I had in 8 months. Thank goodness I found prokinetics and Hossam. I highly recommend prokinetics..

Came here after hurting my knee. After a few sessions, my knee was feeling better but he also worked on a bunch of other areas in my body that I didn’t even realize were so tight.Before this place, I began to accept that my body is weak and old but now I’m feeling great all over and that’s a testament to Dr Hossam’s knowledge. So grateful I found this place.

I visited recently this place for 2 month. I had pain in my right foot. These were the consequences of the injury. Physician Mr. Hossam did his job fantastically! After his proper treatment the swelling went down, the muscles became stronger and began to work. Now I am able to walk normally and enjoy life again. I'm grateful to the entire staff of this institution for the care and attention to patients.

Hey all I am Boris I thought I maybe scammed or not get a good service was worried and since I am Russian I thought I will have my leg broken. However the practice is legit and was able to massage give me some moves to work on tell me in honestly that I have became rusty and had to work on my flexibility again. The doc was patient with me and he very mellow he didn’t push he didn’t discourage me he allowed me to be me. When we hurt only us can feel it he also felt it can’t wait to go back again. Now that they see my comment I hope they don’t break my leg but I am a tough cookie and I know you are too so come and join me and stop crying about it.
