Darren is the absolute best. He's framed 4 artworks for me over the past couple years and they are immaculate. We worked together to find the best matting and frames for each one. He's patient, creative, thorough, and so kind. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you Darren!!!

This dude is the real deal! I don't have any experience with framing so I wasn't sure what I even wanted, but he walked me through all the various options and gave me a quote on the spot. Highly recommend this place.

I decided to try a local small business instead of going to Michael's and I'm so glad I did. I dropped by one day with no appointment close to closing time, but Darren waved me in anyway. He explained right away that, due to supply chain woes, my order might take awhile, which was very dissappointing but I appreciated the honesty. He then offfered several options for frames, taking into account my tastes, the picture itself and my room decor. The frame I liked best was the least expensive option (for a change!) and Darren didn't try to steer me into a pricier option. He wiggled around some things (less expensive spacers, whatever those are) to get the price of the job down--framing is not cheap! Coincidentally, he had enough of the frame I wanted in stock and was able to process my order in a matter of weeks, not months. When I returned to pick it up the picture, I'd forgotten my wallet, but Darren said 'just Zelle me when you get home'. I thought that was so cool and trusting of him! I love my framed picture and all of my recent guests have exclaimed how great it looks. It was a great experience on all fronts--personal, patient, knowledgeable service, and a great result. I've gotten so used to impersonal, apathetic, unprofessional service from big box stores that I forgot how pleasant this old school approach is. I highly recommend Darren and Prints Charming.

Small shop that looks like a bomb went off. But, Darren is nice guy who, while he always seems like he's got about 2 billion things to do, is still helpful and knowledgeable. Frames are great and, I believer, reasonably priced. Only complaint: it used to take 6 weeks to get pictures framed prior to the pandemic. Now it takes 10 months. No joke, not an exaggeration. As of this writing, if you bring your pictures to Prints Charming today you won't receive the finished version until next summer.

I have gotten several important things framed here and they have all been so well done and at a good price. I'm also not someone with an eye for design and the owner has helped us find what works well with the thing we're getting framed + our style. Can't recommend highly enough.

I’ve been going to Prints Charming for over 10 years. Darren is always very patient with me as we go through frames and mats to find the perfect combination. His work is flawless and after one of our pieces was damaged in a move he repaired it beautifully!!
