Best manicure in Williamsburg!

The team is unable to provide a normal pedicure service— which is simply removing some of the skin around toenails, when 2 nails have begun to grow into the skin.
This is not a medical procedure, it’s a matter of cleaning and cutting around the toe nails. I tried to explain it to the staff, and that every other salon I’ve been too provides this as part of a normal pedicure.
They disagreed. They said a previous client got very angry, so they now have a policy to not fulfill this request during a pedicure. I would suggest the owner list this fact on the website, and if it’s a problem for them, they transparently ask for an additional cost for people who need this for normal pedicures.
My issue is the lack of transparency from booking.
So, I ended up cutting my own toenails. lol. They offered no small discount, or any remediation for this fact. I will now pay full price for doing part of my own pedicure.
The rest of the pedicure was normal, but done in a hurried way, and without attention to detail.
I won’t be coming back here, and I don’t recommend this business to anyone. The primp and polish brand needs help.

Tried Primp & Polish recently since I was tired of the long wait at my usual nail spot.
The online booking was seamless, and Wendy herself was extremely professional and efficient. The salon has a serene ambience, that I thought I was about to fall asleep at some point.
The only potential downside was that it was almost double what I’m used to paying for a gel French mani, but feels worth it to me for the cleanliness and efficiency factor.
Can’t wait to go back!

Extremely overpriced and weren’t transparent about cost when I called and asked in advance of an appointment. Charged an extra $22 for set removal and $20 for a French. Many others salons in the area offer same quality and facilities for significantly less. All in was $200 for a basic gel-x French even though I was told $108.

The North 9th location of Primp and Polish is great. Priscilla and Wendy are super nice and I always love the manicure Wendy gives me. 10/10 would recommend

I love this place! I’m a hard jell girl and they do a phenomenal job and have lots of colors. The price you’re getting for your manicure is absolutely worth it

I've been coming to Primp & Polish for a few years. Service is excellent. Laura was my manicurist today. She did an excellent job with my dead sea salt mani & gel pedi. I definitely recommend Primp & Polish.

Walked in yesterday and made an appointment at the front. Today when I showed up for the appointment early, they told me a design would be $30 extra and that they couldn’t do any design because I didn’t specify yesterday. Shouldn’t that be something they ask when booking the appointment. Ridiculous. Definitely wouldn’t come back. Recommended 71.29 salon down the street, better prices and better service

Staff was lovely , accommodated me at short notice in a nail emergency for Apres Gel X. Jolene was amazing. Took so much care and precision, most perfect color application and would highly recommend!
