Do not waste your money! Worst customer service! Ordered sukkah a week before Sukkot because it promised to arrive before Sukkot. It arrived at the end of the holiday and the company takes zero responsibility, will not issue refunds and only cares that your payment is good. Basically I was robbed for the holiday. Great start to the new year.

Sukkah pole bent in half, crushing my sukkah the 2nd day I had it. Could have collapsed on my children. Completely shoddy product, but WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, replying "always do your due diligence and make 100% sure you want a product before you open and use it." I politely gave them a chance to make amends, but they refused. Will never do business with them again.
