Took vehicle for a safety inspection and a multi-point inspection. Little to no wait time on a weekday and my service rep, Gary, was on top of everything. Prices are a bit on the higher end than your mom and pop auto shop but still decent pricing.

Brought in a car for two minor repairs. One was covered under warranty and the other not (front usb ports). They tried to charge me $924 for the USB ports because it was "labor intensive." so i declined and paid their totally arbitrary diagnostic fee of $180. I was able to buy the USB ports online for $60 and swap it myself in about fifteen minutes. I am not a technician of any kind. Seems I effectively paid them 180 so they could avoid doing a small repair.
Also, the rep regularly gave me timelines and did not follow up. Finally, the part for the warranty FELL OFF the first time I used it.
I will not return.

The receptionist Anthony was great help me out in every way possible the mechanic on the other hand ripped me off charge me for new senses on the engine and there was no new senses. I still have my old ones and I believe they left my sunroof open, which was flooded with rain,oneSensors wasn’t even plugged in I was stalling out on the way home disappointed in Ford

Anthony was extremely helpful and professional. We came in for “The Works” and the tire rotation portion was unable to be completed due to our lug nuts being swollen, and he confirmed they will complete the rotation free of charge if we can bring back our car with new lug nuts, or that they could order them for us. He was even honest that ordering them for r getting them on our own might be cheaper than ordering the nuts from the dealership, which we really appreciated. We will be back!
