All I can say about Premier Ford Service Department is the outstanding and honest service I have always received. Charles is very nice and cares about my concerns. He demonstrates this by providing outstanding customer service. He is probably one of the most honest service advisors you could ask for. John who is the manager of the service department is also outstanding by constantly checking to make sure everything is running smoothly. John is extremely nice and cares for customers. I will always have all my car services done at Premier Service.

I have leased or purchased a car 12 or more times if I count my wife and daughter. I used Premier Ford of Bay ridge 3 years ago I had a very good experience and decided to use them again. I was connected with Abu and within a few days. I had my car and I never once haggled about the price. Because it was much lower then I expected they did a great job. I suggest you call them.
