I attempted to get a copy of the invoice on 11/10/23 that was requested by another Ford Service Dealer which shows that my engine was replaced by Premier Ford/Lincoln at 1072 East 49th St, Brooklyn NY 11234. . I spoke to Jonas a service advisor at Premier Ford and he informed me that he could not find the invoice in his computer system and that his manager Frank Scarfo was working on it. I told him I was on my way to their shop and I was told that I would be able to speak to Frank and he would help me with this matter.Unfortunately, once I arrived there I was told that Frank was busy in a meeting and I would have to return in several hours to speak to him and get the invoice. I was told that the computer system was changed recently and certain documents/files did not transfer over.My vehicles engine was damaged due to the negligence of Premier Ford/Lincoln mechanics back in 2020. It took about 6-8 months to finally get my engine replaced at some point in 2021. All I'm asking for is to get a copy of the invoice that another Ford Dealership/Service provider is asking for. I've contacted Frank by email on 2 separate occasions and he still has not responded back. It looks like I'll need to place several complaints with multiple agencies including Ford Corporate office to get this issue resolved Horrible customer service and mediocre service at best. Don't bring your vehicle here if you treasure it.

Been going to this service center for over 10 years seen technicians come and go when I just showed up without appointment for 100k bugs and service repair on my ford edge.Not really surprised but I don't trust my truck with mechanic but I was extremely lucky to have the Premier ford service center family take quality care of my vehicle. The pricing could be a lot better but the service quality of the mechanics and the intake technicians reflect the smile on my face after taking my truck for the test drive after servicing. Great job representing the FORD emblem on the front of my truck.

In 2019 Ford salesman duped me. I felt in love with my first Ford Explorer. In 2022 they took forever to fix my Explorer, but they gave me a loaner. In 2023 there was no loaner and they didn't care. I had to pay $165 for 2 days rental. I just got an Acura for my son. It could have been a Ford.

It was interestingly wonderful. They didn’t have the van we were interested in, especially the color but the salesperson was able to find us one that is pretty cool.

Look them up on the Better Business Bureau before you go within 100 miles of this place. I don't know how the attorney General has not shut them down yet?

My experience at Premier Ford was a good one. I came there because one mechanic damaged my car and wouldn’t take responsibility for having damaged my engine mounts. Thankfully I came to the right place. Jordan also played a big part in helping things go smoothly. It was also my first time there. I have a Ford Flex 2014, and it won’t be my last time there. Thank you Jordan!

This was by far the worst experience I had in any dealership, very unfortunate but true. From the beginning it seemed like workers were not even trying to sell the car. I was confused but expected for things to change for better as we go along the way but they changed only for worse. Unprofessional, rude, unmotivated staff, huge waste of time.

Hello - I just called twice, trying a different department each time, but had the same results. The agent that answered, gargled something into the phone and then silence. I'm assuming they asked me to hold? But not only was I unsure, I was "Holding" for a very long time in this silent limbo, no one ever came back! It would be nice if they confirmed if I was ok to hold or if there was at least hold music! Feels like bad customer service and prompted me to seek servicing elsewhere. I understand if its busy, but take longer than one second to answer, acknowledge a person and confirm that they are placing them on hold. It's the little things, customer service 101

My wife brought my car in for a simple oil change. She drove for twenty minutes and the entire car shook like a tornado was barreling through and the car seized up. My wife was traveling on the highway at the time and was fortunate enough to be able to get off before it was too late. They had taken the oil out and not replaced it. She sat on the side of the road for hours before anyone from For showed up. They looked at the car, told her there was no oil in the car, said there was nothing they could do and left. We had to push the car off the off ramp. Shortly after, we were towed back to their shop. They gave us a loner. It's been over a month and nothing with the car. My wife calls weekly and gets the run around. They wrote us a check that we have to pick up to cover the oil change that never happened. Still waiting for our car back.

Best experience at a car dealership yet. I just leased a Ford Bronco and all of the representatives Demo, Arnold, and Mike were so kind and patient. They answered all of my questions, took the time to work with me, and pricing was very fair. I will be referring my family and friends there for following leases.

I paid for the works and I didn't get it. After I paid the cashier I asked if my tires were rotated (because no one asked me for the wheel locks). I was told it was not done because they didn't have the wheel locks. I was in the waiting area and never left the building. I asked why didn't you ask me for it? I was told they didn't want me to wait any longer. I was not informed that I had paid for services not rendered. My car was already outside at this point. I believe they had no intention of doing it or telling me it wasn't done. After i found out I was met wet resistance to have the truck brought back in to have it done. Keep in mind I already paid and that was part of the service. I was not offered a discount or refund, Terrible service.

My first visit to Premier ford was a disgrace. For a common Ford F150. The service department has no priority to customers. Seems like Techs, pick what ever work order they want. My car has a recall, normal. I spoke to a service advisor 334. Adding on it could be something else. Sat for 1 hour. My car was never touched or diagnosed.the advisor stated it will take a few more minutes. 1 hr and 10 mins to hear we can't order your parts until Monday. Also to hear about paying for a courtesy car. after confronting another agent. I wouldn't suggest going here to anyone. This place is unorganized and needs help. You'll waste your time and money here.

Visited Premier Ford to swap out a lease from another car company. Gabriel handled my account and was professional, knowledgeable, and tried to work with me to get the car I wanted. It was overall a pleasant experience as far as car-buying goes, though at one point the staff began arguing and berating each other in front of customers due to a miscommunication and subsequent scramble to mitigate, including cursing at each other in earshot of our 11 year old. That part was pretty far from professional.At the end of the day, I left with the car I wanted and am a happy customer so far. Just awaiting my registration paperwork, confirmation from the previous dealership and then I’ll be all set regarding peace of mind with the return of my prior leased vehicle.
