Could not be happier with the service we received at premier ford. Jordan in service department was the absolute best! My daughter has the vehicle in Brooklyn and the mirrors were stolen. I am in Mississippi and Jordan went above and beyond to help us. Communication was excellent. So pleased and now we have a great person and place to deal with if we need them!!

The staff was professional and helpful. The customer service was wonderful, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. They have a wonderful collection of vehicles as well. Mr. Gibson provided exceptional customer service.

The amount of unprofessionalism going off and building would it make you scratch your head and ask yourself what is actually going on? We have employees cursing, using profanity In casual conversations, so many other customers that were waiting with me brought it to my attention that there is really never no one working on anything, and if there is no disrespect to the mechanics, I was charged $223 for a diagnostic when I knew what was wrong with my vehicle.
I would charge $$223 for them to break my hood latch open my hood give my battery a jump and put a patch in my Left tire I didn’t even get offered a oil change and they are the dealership who ran the diagnostic which means they knew. I had to get an oil change and they didn’t change my oil. They didn’t even offer me an oil change.

I've been with this dealership since 2019 and have been very well taken care of. My questions have been answered in a way that I understand. They take their time to explain what you're being charged for and what's needed. I love it there.

Sold me a "NEW" Ford Maverick that absolutely reeks of cigarettes and had soda stains all over it, someone must have been smoking in it prior to when I picked it up. Didn't think too much about it when I first got it as I thought maybe it was just from the area, but this car has been smoked in and was sold as new to me. Really disappointing, overall a really bad experience here.

Came in for a power steering hose for my '06 Ranger. Showed Ernie the parts guy pictures of what I needed. He ordered the wrong part, then gave me all sorts of attitude when I pointed it out, then he couldn't figure out the part I needed so I left without resolving the problem. Totally incapable and unprofessional.
