I attempted to get a copy of the invoice on 11/10/23 that was requested by another Ford Service Dealer which shows that my engine was replaced by Premier Ford/Lincoln at 1072 East 49th St, Brooklyn NY 11234.. I spoke to Jonas a service advisor at Premier Ford and he informed me that he could not find the invoice in his computer system and that his manager Frank Scarfo was working on it. I told him I was on my way to their shop and I was told that I would be able to speak to Frank and he would help me with this matter.Unfortunately, once I arrived there I was told that Frank was busy in a meeting and I would have to return in several hours to speak to him and get the invoice. I was told that the computer system was changed recently and certain documents/files did not transfer over.My vehicles engine was damaged due to the negligence of Premier Ford/Lincoln mechanics back in 2020. It took about 6-8 months to finally get my engine replaced at some point in 2021. All I’m asking for is to get a copy of the invoice that another Ford Dealership/Service provider is asking for.I’ve contacted Frank by email on 2 separate occasions and he still has not responded back. It looks like I’ll need to place several complaints with multiple agencies including Ford Corporate office to get this issue resolvedHorrible customer service. Don’t bring your vehicle to this place if you treasure your vehicle.

I'm a client of Premier Ford from 2018, so, the issue is, from 2018 to today day I have servicing my car only at Premier Ford.. During the guaranty I had no problems to come and get fast service, but, last service before the guaranty expired I have got an issue with the transmission, they fixed it fast, and when I came to pick up my vehicle I noticed the steering wheel was clicking when I turned the steering wheel right and left. But, I said to myself I have no time right now to talk about it and I need the car, when I get the time I'll come over and I'll talk to them about it. So, I bring the vehicle for service, because of battery issue which Premier Ford has changed two years ago, but I also asked them to do full inspection which I'm trying to do every year. During inspection they found several issues, to change the breaks and something else. So I left vehicle, and gess!!!!! Four weeks later I'm getting call from them that my car is ready to pick up. I came for the car, when the guy bring the car he has asked me, is the central console buttons was working when you bring the car for service? And this was the second surprise for me, the first one is the steering wheel. So I had to left the car again, and this is the fifth week already. What can I say, in my thinking, it was last time when I'm doing the service at Premier Ford, and I don't know will I recommend to go to my friends or to somebody else to service their cars at Premier Ford.

I needed a new rear window and to have a rear view mirror installed. Everything was dealt with quickly and professionally. I’ve had amazing experiences in the past and even got a brand new loaner that had only 1500 miles on it. Great staff and service!Service: Auto windshield repair

I had recalls fixed in my car and was told they needed the entire day to do so My only complaint is I asked when I dropped my car off if I would be contacted by phone when my car was ready. I was not contacted and called about an hour and a half before closing time and was told my car is ready.

Their warranty work in the past was fine. My car warning light came on but driving to the dealer put me literally 20 miles over warranty. They still charged me $198 diagnostic fee. They told me that I had to call Ford for any monetary assistance.Service: Auto brake repair
