I really appreciated the courtesy and efficiency of the staff. The place seems really organized. I dropped off a package and printed some documents. It was a much better experience than printing at Staples or leaving a UPS package at Dollar General lol

I just stopped in here to make copies. I was going to make 50 copies. The guy at the counter told me they were $1.09 each copy, for black and white copies. I thought maybe he had made a mistake that he thought I meant color copies so I checked to make sure. I said for black and white copies? The owner responded with a certain amount of pissed off smugness, yes for black and white copies. I said, you mean for the same copies that Staples charges 30 cents for? All the employees yelled at me yes. Sorry my bad, for not wanting to spend $60 on some copies. I should be ashamed. With an attitude like this, this store will be out of business in 8 months. Maybe they should learn how to read the room and know their customers. I like supporting small business but it's not a charity. The nastiness in that store was obvious.
Update: please send me the video. I'd like to look at it myself. And I don't have to walk to Staples, I was driving so it's 10 minutes away. And as far as what I said, I walked in the door and said how much is it for copies. That's plural in case you didn't know. I never asked how much is it to make a copy because I make lots of copies every day.

I wish I had a better experience here because the staff genuinely seem like good people and the location is pretty close to my apartment, unfortunately my recent experience made me feel unsupported and questioned whether I should continue seeking service from this business.
On Monday, August 26th I visited Postnet to ship a package to the West Coast. Not to mention this morning happened to be unexpectedly busy, which is fine, these things happen and I was happy to wait the 30 mins it took to be assisted (the person at the front desk was alone that day).
The packaging was affordable, and when I asked about my shipped options the front desk clerk quoted me $35 for USPS and $50+ for UPS, both calculated a shipping date of August 30th which would have been that Friday.
Of course my mind told me that the cheaper option would be better but the front clerk mentioned how USPS isn’t always reliable and if I ship UPS, they package WILL arrive by Friday. Now, I work in customer service, I understand that guarantees aren’t always guaranteed, but I was hopeful and they seemed confident. I packaged the $50+ which was close to $60 due to taxes.
After leaving I was told that if I had issues, contact them, not UPS because they will be able to assist me.
When checking the tracking information throughout the week, the order continue getting delayed, which made me think, damn — I wish I went with USPS, however I was hoping that maybe Postnet would be able to rectify the issue of offer some kind of refund.
I visited the business today, the person who helped me prior was in the front, and two other employees were behind the counter as well. When I brought up my issue and informed them that they assured me it would arrive that Friday, the clerk immediately became defensive and said they wouldn’t have guaranteed that and I didn’t purchase expedited shipping. I asked if I should contact UPS and they said there wouldn’t be anything UPS could do, and their entire attitude was very “sorry, not sorry”. I just wanted a bit more empathy or understanding rather than trying to prove me wrong as a customer. It really put a bad taste in my mouth about the company, especially when they said if I had a problem I could go to them.
I think moving forward, if you want to avoid issues such as these, encourage customers to purchase expedited shipping for guaranteed service, and don’t go back on your statements.

I love this place! Super convenient to send fedex and ups deliveries, especially for returns since you won’t have to pay anything. Service is always friendly. Never crowded
This is a business so they will charge for everything. They will charge to tape up your package, charge you a dollar per USPS drop off, charge you a dollar to print, etc. bring your package 100% prepared and you won’t be surprised.

These guys are life savers! I’ve come here twice, most recently for a passport renewal, and the employees here walked me through all the details and even lent me a vest for my passport photo since I was wearing a white shirt. I won’t ship with any other company.

This shop lacks basic communication skills. They miscommunicated timelines and expectations for a logo design. Then they messed up an in-person appointment date where the designer did not show and said they would call me before work was started but never did. Finally, they said their designer quit and were gonna charge me for any work I wanted to get done moving forward even though I went there because they are local to me and offered a free logo design in the first place. So besides the disorganization and lack of communication, Alan called me and was rude on the phone. He did not apologize for any of these mistakes from his team nor did he offer to make it right. I do not recommend this shop.
