Horrible customer service and very unreliable vendor. Placed 12-balloon order for my son's birthday party for pickup on Sunday morning at 9:15 am. No one showed up to work at the store at 9:15 am. When we called back multiple times later that morning, no one picked up the phone. At 11:45 am (45 minutes after party ended), balloons were delivered, 3 of which were broken. Store owner (Nassir) refused to refund our purchase and was rude on the phone. Take your business elsewhere unless you like unnecessary hassles and poor service.
