Designing a home in Manhattan with all of the options can be overwhelming. When you have a great team, that's not trying to push product on you, is patient, and suggest you get quotes and suggestions from others (but remember their product) is amazing. I live in Manhattan and travel to the Brooklyn location because the sales team is hands off and not pushy. The product is well laid out, and the one floor showroom allows you to see all the product in a convenient manner. I've been to the Manhattan location 3X, and came here and would never go back there. And, I live on the upper west side! A+++

Worst salespeople ever. Don’t waste your time with them , the sales person quoted us $7.17 per square foot and when we came to place the order she simply told us that the price is $11 and that was a mistake . She refused to admit that this was a major mistake with major attitude. Very disappointed at customer service.

Lack of sample displays really sets this Porcelanosa apart from the other locations. The best Porcelanosa we saw is the Westbury Long Island, which had the largest number of show rooms to get ideas from. The flagship on 5th avenue in Manhattan would be a far second. I would try those 2 before coming to this location for inspiration
