Never received my order that I placed through the app. When I called the restaurant to fund out where my food was they said a delivery guy picked it up & then another delivery guy came to puck it up again. I asked how do I get a refund because I never received my food & they said this has never happened before & we can't refund you. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!

If I'm in the mood for Popeyes this is the one I go to. Sandwiches are always cooked the way I like them and they also seem to be bigger then the Sandwiches in other Popeyes.

They could have given me old chicken nuggets, I watched the guy behind the counter throw them out. Some places would just serve it. As a result of this conscientious decision, I had to wait a bit, but I would rather wait and have freshly cooked chicken. Thank you. The chicken sandwich was also well done and ready.

You order and then 6 people order in back of you and they get their food before you! Disgusting Customer Service from this place. The girl behind the register is terrible under this new management! Now stale chicken old re cooked!

This is a perfect example of not all popeye r created equal. I have no idea how this branch got a 4.0 rating ,their chicken absolutely taste horrible! Their chickens are extremely salty and the chicken n the juice r all dried up. Would not recommend coming here!

Taking a break from my shopping time on 86th Street this Popeyes is conveniently located so it's easy to get a pick up order. Since COVID dining in is not possible so pick up is the better option. Chicken is always prepared fresh. The staff is OK. Not super friendly but professional.
