This is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with no communication and zero honesty on the price agreed ,and absolutely zero zero communication letting you wait for hours and hours 2 times for a car that in the past took a min from a local leasing company never again

on August 18, 2024, I went to Plaza Honda in Brooklyn to purchase a car. My salesman was William and during the first moments of looking at the vehicle that I wanted he was very pushy so I eventually ended up telling him OK I understand. I’m going to purchase a vehicle so that may be he would stop being so pushy, but he was still pushy during the entire process of purchasing the vehicle which made me very uncomfortable. I drove off with the car from Plaza Honda.I noticed that the car was steering to the right and the light for the tire came on the dashboard and there was random noises happening with the vehicle so I decided to take it to another Honda Service Center in New Jersey.They did two wheel alignments and the car was still shifting to the right, so I decided to have a conversation with the mechanic and he was telling me that wherever I got the car from that I should return the car because it was very unsafe. On September 4, 2024 I decided to go back to Plaza Honda to discuss the issue with the “certified used” department I ended up speaking to Junior who then proceeded to tell me that my car was not unsafe and he invested money into the vehicle so that it should be fine. I wanted to see about getting it fixed I have to go to the Body Shop department.When I went to the Body Shop department. I spoke to a mechanic named June about the issues with my vehicle, he test drove it, and saw that it was rearing to the right and after that he assessed the vehicle by putting it on a lift and said that my rim was bent, and my trailing arm was twisted. Basically he told me that they fixed the vehicle so the car shouldn’t be doing that. He also Accused me of damaging the vehicle as well.. so we discussed options about buying a new rim and a new trailing arm. The trailing arm will be covered by Honda and the rim would have had to be paid out-of-pocket costing $400, so after discussing having two phone calls with June I decided to not go through with it and not pay for the rim because I felt like I was not at fault. So while we were on the phone conversing about the rim I told him that why should I have to pay for something that’s not my fault you guys should have to cover that he admitted over the phone that it was his fault that he didn’t do a thorough check up on the vehicle so after this whole incident, I do not recommend any other customer purchasing a vehicle from Plaza Honda in brooklyn. They are very unprofessional, rude and condescending. Don’t purchase a car here.

Willie Eric Roseboro is the man to go to. He’s helped me every step of the way. Got me the best deal. I’m very grateful for his customer service and patience with me in deciding and purchasing the vehicle that was best for me. Thank you for all your help at Plaza Honda.
