Today I just got my new car from plaza Auto Mall.Sadie velovic she is sales,and leasing consultant at plaza. She absolutely awesome her knowledge and experience was absolutely on the mark. What a wonderful person absolutely outstanding professionalism it was absolutely my pleasure doing business with them. Marko kayzljar the general sales manager was also wonderful.?what a great team at plaza auto mall. The experience was nothing but pleasurable. Great staff great people. ?

Plaza Auto Mall what can I say damn if you do or damn if you don't. My 1st experience back in 2021 was a good one with salesman Shawn. He was very helpful and kind . He helped me lease my blue honda hrv sport 2021 and I loved it . My 2nd experience was horrendous and I was lied too. They didn't honor the lease amount I agreed to pay monthly and before I even signed the contract my salesman took my plates and placed it on my current vehicle, called my car insurance before I agreed to anything. I spent hours arguing what happened to the price agreement I was comfortable with? All of a sudden my salesman had no idea what I was talking about . I was like where is the paper that you broke down the price with me? He had no clue and said Im only the salesman and you have to deal with the financial advisor. I was so upset and the financial advisor (Omar) was a jerk, egotistical and very mean. I was so upset and I was crying. It was just a horrible day January 6, 2024. The service crew are really great though and there was a young saleswoman whose really kind and honest. Just becareful and don't believe the deal they make with you . Make sure its what you initially agreed to.

I had a very disappointing experience with Plaza Auto Mall. I put down a deposit on a car back in June 2024, and despite multiple attempts to get it back, they have failed to return my money. It’s been several months, and I’ve been met with nothing but excuses and delays. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. Avoid at all cost!!!!

Snow was amazing! She got us our dream car within less than 12 hours when other dealerships gave us a month + of waiting time. She got us a great deal and is beyond sweet!! Our toddler loved her! This girl deserves a raise !! Thank you so much Snow! We will definitely be coming back to you for our next car!

Wow! Thank God for Mr. Butt! He saved me at the last minute where my Maintenance was at a minus and the oil needed changing badly. He looked into his computer and saw that my complimentary maintenance was still active. I didn’t have to pay anything. Got my oil change without an appointment. And I didn’t have to wait that long. Maybe an hour and half at least. But Brooklyn Plaza Mall for Acuras is the best in service and performance!! Linda P.

Had such a great experience with Ashanti at Auto Plaza Mall. He was very patient and willing to go above and beyond for us. He found something in our budget and was able to get us a lease with the help of his managers. They were all very friendly and patient. We appreciated the experience and glad they were able to walk us step by step since this was our first leasing experience. Thanks to Ashanti and the other managers for everything they did. We will definitely be returning when the lease ends.

Very pleased of their service as usual and the wait was not bad. Their workers always informed you of what's needed to be done before they do any work.
