Excellent relaxation area after doing the exercises. They have the water massage beds and the massage chairs which have been very relaxing. For people with upper and lower back conditions and neck conditions they are EXCELLENT. Overall I have the best service experience in English and Spanish and the entire building is very well maintained to this day.

Very good gym, very varied exercise machines and massage machines.
The staff is very friendly and the facility service is very complete with the Black card membership.
I am grateful and recommend the Planet Fitness gym for being a pleasant and comfortable place.

I will be totally honest, this is one of the worst planet fitness I have visited!! All their treadmills are outdated, it’s very dirty, and they don’t fill the paper towel dispenser regularly.. Yall need to take notes on how they up keep the one in east New York.. All the machines are updated, and they keep it very clean….

This gym is ruled by mediocre men who use 5 machines at once, don’t rerack, don’t wipe down the machines after use, leave trash everywhere, and do 5,000 sets during busy hours with no regard for anyone else. Oh! And you’ll probably get hit on by a man when you’re just minding your own business. I wouldn’t be surprised if staff is scared of them lol, because paper towels are
always empty and over all cleanliness is lackluster. I honestly feel bad for the staff. Make their working conditions better and everyone will win. We literally pay $30 a month and the bare minimum isn’t even being met :)

Bathrooms are gross and a lot of the cardio equipment is broken or has parts missing (I was running and my treadmill suddenly turned off at half a mile)
