Be very cautious with this company. They picked up my piano in Nov of 2020 and were supposed to begin billing me shortly thereafter which they never did. I reached out twice with no response. In June of 2023, they reached out telling me that they were delayed on their accounting and that i owed them nearly $3500. We agreed on a set amount and they continued storing the piano. I recently requested that they deliver the piano and when I asked how i know the condition of the piano is that of what it should be, they said to review the damage report from when they collected the piano. I explained that they never sent me one and asked them to send it to me. It was sent to me nearly three weeks later, unsigned and stating that there was mold in piano. They also are now saying that my lump sum payment that was agreed upon in June of 2023 was missing another $1000 that they forgot to bill me for.
I'm reporting them to the better business bureau and advise to proceed with caution and make sure you get a damage report upon releasing the piano to them.

Piano land has moved two pianos this year for me. They are terriffic. Yesterday they moved my Steinway Player grand. The managed to get it in the elevator. They really know what they are doing. The elevator had been redone and it was slightly smaller than before. Alex knew exactly what to do. The three gentlemen worked like a well oiled machine. I've never been so impressed with movers as with pianoland. It was like getting the piano into a sardine can. Kudos to pianoland.

This company is amazing. They were in constant contact from the moment we booked our baby grand piano move. They were on time, clean, organized and efficient. The delivery was smooth and I would absolutely use them again!

I had to move a baby grand in a rush and they were able to squeeze me in within 48 hours God bless ‘em. Great communication and response time from Alex and very professional moving crew. Most importantly, my instrument was safe in their hands—I’ve watched a few people learn the hard way that you **do not** want to cut corners moving a piano ? Not cheap, but pricing is very reasonable/competitive—absolutely worth it. Thank you! ?

This is the best moving company in NYC! My grand piano got home in Brooklyn from PA safely. Alex is a professional who is only one of the plenty of moving companies was asked about the dimensions of my elevator. So 5 stars to Piano Land Movers!?????

Sales representatives are horrible, they don’t know how to build a normal conversation. It feels like someone forcing them to work. If you don’t like your job, change it or ask your management to get you in sales training class

Alex and his team went above and beyond to move my piano (an antique upright Steinway) into my apartment. Communication was excellent, pricing was fair and transparent, and Alex did not hesitate in communicating with me every step of the way. The highest recommendation if you are considering moving a piano in NYC.

Excellent and very knowledgeable in how to move a very heavy piano from one home to another. It was amazing to watch them cleverly maneuver that huge piano with such skill and muscle. Came to rest without a scratch and it's very handsome in its new location. Staff in the office and on the truck all very kind, helpful and honest.

Piano Land stored my piano for 5 years and it was delivered to my home in the same condition I left it in. The pricing was very fair and owner Alex was always quick to respond. While it was not an ideal situation for me to have to store my piano, I took comfort in knowing it was properly stored in climate controlled conditions and in good hands. They are experts at moving, handing, and care of pianos. Thank you Piano Land!
