It seems like the staff was not prepared for our cat, I understand animals can be scary sometimes but refusing to see our cat because she was a little nervous and hissing is a little ridiculous.

The store is in a nice and convenient location in Brooklyn but it’s an awful place to shop.
Good luck trying to get someone to help you with anything. I asked the young gentleman who was working on the 2nd floor to assist with purchasing salt water fish and he simply walked away. I kid you not! He was walking around the store with both ear pods plugged into his ears. He takes one of his earbuds to hear what I was saying then puts it back on his ear and doesn’t even say a word. Just walked away. (See picture of him walking away)
Unbelievable! No care in the world….
How is he, as an employee, be allowed to walk around the store with headphones plugged in both of his ears??!!
Employees should be there to help customers not walk around the store with earbuds and completely ignore customers.
Some areas in the store were a complete mess! (See pictures)
It’s a shame to see careless employees and complete lack of customer service and support.

The store in general is good with the veterinary and aesthetic service. Not very good experiences and also expensive.

Horrible place to go. You take your dog for an ear infection and all of a sudden your dog is critical and then he pass away with no explanation. No remorse no compassion. It’s a nightmare

This location to get my dog groomed when I got there the lady took my dog
For some reason my dog was scare and the lady said no I can’t groom her sorry
She did no attempts to be friendly with my dog, instead she insisted us to leave
