My dog is allergic to chicken and other animal proteins, and is essentially a pescaterian. Visited Petco to prchase Whimzees Veggie Sausage Dental Treats for Small Dogs. None available (only Large Dogs size on shelves). This has been my consistent experience with this Petco. Woefully understocked in dog food and treats that do not contain chicken or beef. Unable to find available and knowledgeable customer service person. Was told: "We get what we get. We have no knowledge or say in what stock we receive, or when we will be restocking any specific product."
Dog treat area and shelves were virtually empty (as usual).

Everyone was so nice. I’ve just gotten the dog a rescue girl and I had no idea what kind of food you needed. Do you know I’m from Ridgely from Mississippi you know and we just had dogs. This is a Shih Tzu and he is such a sweetie. I always go to.

Today I was treated for racism and discrimination in this place, I do not recommend this place at all I went to buy food for my cat I wanted a few cans from the box and they did not allow me to buy I wanted me to buy the whole box

I came in to make several purchases and couldn't because they held a much more important dogs class that sections off the area of purchases and no one is allowed in. One of the staff members there that has short blonde hair was very rude and very clear on how much more important that class is compared to other customers. I won't be purchasing anything at that petco again.

The service is great, that is five star! Everyone is very helpful. However, I felt there is not enough helper at this location. Felt like one person has to do two person job and they are stretch thin. Not sure if it's the actual case, I could be wrong. Would be great if they have more help, that's for sure.

A million thanks to the store manager Britney! We just got our foster dog today and needed to get some stuff. We were having some difficulties due to the dog being overly excited. Britney treated us and our dog with so much kindness and helped us to find the right harness and other supplies. I also stopped by the store another time before and the cashier was so knowledgeable when I asked him questions regarding some products. Thank you so much!!

They didn't have as wide variety of products as the sheepshead bay one, but I find the employees much friendlier and kinder here. Good experience away from the redness and disrespect of the other chain location.
Also have a big parking lot and vet location if needed.

Love this place very much! I find so many things for my dog like toys and clothes as well and staff is very friendly to me and my dog as well !
