This guy is by far one of the worst businesses in Brooklyn. I needed a HVAC belt for my blower motor that was busted and I called to get a price and to pick on up. He first told me that he couldn't give me a price over the phone which I should have saw as a red flag , so I stopped in to pick up the belt, which I might have added is $10.00 on Amazon. When I got there he told me the belt is $75 at which point I stated that it's $10 on Amazon and he adamantly told me it's not the same that it is a knock off. So I filled out his sales receipt and he took my card and ran it, then he did something peculiar he took the receipt and folded it upside down so it's not visible and stapled it to his sales receipt and placed it behind the counter until he went into the back to get the belt, when he comes back he presented me with the belt and the folded up receipt. When I got into the car and was driving away I open the receipt to see that I was being charged $92 instead of $75, so I called him back and asked what's going on he then told me that's what his computer system charges, this isn't a chain store and he is the owner so he makes up the prices and the markups. He is a crook stay away!

I called on a Saturday morning for a part. I confirmed that he had the part before i made the trip to ********, i live in ***********. He was knowledgable and very helpful with my appliance issue. Highly recommend.

I needed a control board for my oven which I was told by the manufacturer is no longer available. I live in Connecticut and no one in my area had the board. I called other appliance part stores with no luck. Finally I reached PEMCO SUPPLY and they had not one but two boards in stock. Seems they have a lot of parts that are no longer available. Well worth the trip to brooklyn. Very nice on the phone and even more accommodating in person.

Pemco Supply appliance parts were very knowledgeable and are always willing to help with the do it yourself repairs. I purchased an ignitor for my General Electric oven, a set of shocks for my Samsung washing machine and a turn table motor for my Frigidaire microwave. Pemco Supply showed me how to install all the parts I bought and I saved a fortune on labor. What a professional company Pemco Supply is.

I WANTED AN ORIGINAL PART FOR MY WASHING MACHINE. MY NEIGHBOR RECOMMENDED ME TO PEMCO SUPPLY. I PROVIDED MY MODEL NUMBER AND OUT CAME THE OEM CONTROL BOARD. HAPPY TO FIND A PLACE THAT DOESN'T SELL GARBAGE ONLY ORIGINAL PARTS.

Excellent customer service, went above and beyond to help me repair my appliance. Had the thermostat i needed in stock and i picked up the water filter also.

The repair tech is nasty his demeanor matched his icy work. Prices as steep and service is none existent Save yourself the cold shoulder and find warmer service elsewhere.

As other reviews on this site my family members had a very bad experience with this business. I'm not sure why those 'genuine' manufacturers still sell them goods.
