I think those guys deserved a review now because they are the most professional and most reliable Transportation Company with very friendly drivers I ever experienced. I especially use them for medical Transportation and I had my stomach aches with many other companies. I'm glad I found them - thanks to the Google Reviews - after being tired of other Companies. Thank you guys!

A friend of mine would talk about this car service, and how professional they are. I finally signed up to use the service, and couldn't be more happier. Always on time, professional, and courteous. On two occasions I called to let them know my appointment was over, and I was ready to be picked up, and they said, I'm out side. They waited 45 minutes for my appointment to be finished, who does that. Other care services made me late for my appointment or made me wait sometimes 1 hr. Paaxia is the best, and the only medical car service you need, I promise you.

This company is the most professional with very kind drivers. They call to confirm a day before and minutes before arriving to pick up their clients. The driver picked my father on time and were very patient with him. The driver helped him get inside of the vehicle and out as well. Most drivers speak Spanish as well and they are very friendly and helpful. The company is very responsible, as they ask that clients call the company minutes before they think they will be done with their appointment to ensure that drivers are there on time. They are very helpful and guide my parents when they have any questions, even if it is not related to them and has to do with the insurance. They also noticed that my father’s address was incorrect and let us know to fix it on time, as we have been using the company since January. We never wait more than 30 minutes to be picked up and they usually call if it’s close to 30 minutes to apologize and let us know how close the driver is. I recommend this company!

The best service you could ask for. I have been using Paxxia for all of 2018 and all of their drivers are professional and prompt. They call to confirm appointments and will go out of their way to make certain they exceed your expectations.
The cars are clean and well maintained. They are respectful and since COVID, their cars are extra sanitary. Paxxia is the best car service in NY.
