Beware of this business. Jeff is very verbally abusive. Wanted us to pay for a sign that we did not approve. Removed from our premises the sign that we did pay for. Terrible experience . Beware .

very bad!!! installed the sticker for a very long time, it immediately peeled off, but they did not come and fix it! I DO NOT RECOMMEND

We recently purchased a new commercial van for our company and brought it to Paul Signs for truck lettering services. From start to finish, Paul and his team were very professional and made the entire process seamless and straightforward. They were extremely helpful when it came to design recommendations and their overall lead time was especially convenient for us. Pricing was fair and customer service was top notch, not to mention the actual finished artwork on the truck was beautifully done. I'm glad I went with Paul signs for my sign. These guys are amazing and install with absolute care and experience. Customer service was great, friendly and very attentive. Worked with me every step of the way.Very professional from phone rep to the guys who installed the sign.I had a non lit sign and they took care of city permits.My sign is basic by my choice, but as you can see, it looks very clean and high quality. This company overall did an amazing job w/ taking down our previous awning & putting up the new awning. Communication from the start w/ measuring & designing was great. The continued communication leading up to the install was also great as well. I'm also extremely pleased w/ the quality of the awning! I definitely look forward to teaming up w/ them for any future sign needs. Thanks Again!

The work was done well but the service was not reliable. On top of that, I was charged an additional fee of $150 that was largely based on their own schedule changes and disorganization. The agreed upon installation time changed from 10am, to 9am, to almost there at 12pm, to 2:30pm. These changes were a great inconvenience and personally cost me over $100 in travel. Then, Paul charged me an additional $150 because I wasn't there at the unscheduled 2:30pm time that his installer arrived and was unwilling to consider a discount on this fee. I used Paul Signs for an awning installation and decals on my storefront window, for a new business that was being renovated. The entire process took about a month. The art work and installation were all done well, however, the scheduling and communication leading up to the end was very disorganized and unreliable. After scheduling a 10am start time and explaining that I didn't have building access earlier than that, on the morning of the agreed upon date I was sent an email from the receptionist saying that the installers would arrive at 9am. I cancelled other appointments and immediately rushed over there from another borough. I sat there waiting for several hours but no one came. When I reached out to the receptionist at 12pm, she said that the installer was on his way right now. I had construction workers in the building who were going to be around until about 2:00pm, and so I told the receptionist I had to leave but someone would be there for access. It turned out that the installer was not on his way and didn't arrive until 2:30pm. I couldn't get him access at that time but offered to take an Uber from the Bronx to Brooklyn to open up the building myself. With traffic delays, I couldn't get there quickly enough and the installer had to leave. Although the work was good, being depending and reliable is more important. Having to pay a fee for their disorganization did not seem right. Their unwillingness to even have a conversation about the scheduling delays in consideration of a discount on the fee also didn't seem professional. I likely won't be using them or recommending them again.

The guys at paul signs did an amazing job for truck # LD-01 they were really nice and patient and the job they did for us was so much better than we have expected, with amazing quality and precision. They definitely blew us away and we are definitely coming back to get more work done.
