I’ve been obsessed with the Pantora Bridal Collection for years! I was absolutely determined to have myself in a Pantora Gown! I received an email about bridesmaids dresses being available and that put the icing on the cake for me, I was super stoked. We looked nothing less than amazing stepping out in our Pantora Bridal Collection/Pantoramaids Collection! I ordered my dress through LuxeBridal in Nashville TN and my bridesmaids ordered off the Pantora bridal website:

Pantora bridal had excellent service from the first day I took my bridesmaids there from Philly we traveled in a party bus the staff was lovely and courteous, they took care of us all and we were a large group. The dresses came out beautiful and so did my reception dress. If you are a bride to be you are missing out if you don’t either get your top of the line bridesmaid dresses from here or your dress you will stand out from any bridal party you see online I promise you that.

DHL delivers these dresses twice or three times a week. It comes from China. You can always tell when they get a shipment because the gates always open up and they put the “No Parking” placards on the street.
I feel bad for anyone supporting this “black owned business” only to be buying overpriced Chinese bridal gowns.

My wedding was on 9.21.24! I had my bridesmaids purchase their dresses back in November of 2023 Delivery was surprisingly quick which was amazing. It gave my bridesmaids more than enough time to consider and have any needed alterations done to their dresses in a timely fashion. My bridesmaids did a mix match but evenly distributed color scheme (bronze, terracotta, and hot chocolate) and all five girls had different styles of dresses (styles were Jessica, Leah, Sonya, Kaine, and Kaira). Their dresses were exactly what we were looking for in terms of quality, various color and style options, stretch, and so on. Please note, dresses are true to size if you go by your measures. Thank you so much Pantora ?

I was excited to support a black owned business , and one in Brooklyn at that when one of our close friends was getting married, we eagerly booked the appointment to look for that perfect dress and was told we could only do so if we left a $ 200.00 deposit over the phone using my credit card. (FYI none of the other higher end bridal salons did this) but i obliged anyway as we were eager to get to the store and and explore all the beautiful gowns we see on the site, upon arrival we were greeted and guided to a suite (tryon room with a curtain for closure), where there were 4 brownies, 3 mini croissants and 3 tiny bottle of waters, the bride tried on guides and narrowed down her choice to one gown, but was unsure of that would be her dress. so we thanked the sales person and proceeded to leave , which is when we weee brought out four glasses of sparkling fruit juice in champaign flutes with about 1/16th of the glass full of this liquid. for short our girlfriend went with another dress elsewhere . so i called about the 200 ; as i thought the deposit was to go towards a purchase and was pleasantly surprised to discover they will be keeping my $200 , bcs apparently the price was for us to pay the store for being potential customers. so in short we paid $200 for 1/16th of a flute of sparkling JUICE!!! 4 brownies, 3 dried up mini supermarket croissants , and 3 tiny bottled water!!! THEY KEPT MY 200 dollars !!! we had to pay the store to consider paying them for a dress???? No other shop did this!!???? So essential if she chose a dress from this shop we would’ve paid them to purchase from them???? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!! I FEEL ROBBEd!

I think it was a very tedious experience when it came to the dress fitting process and I think a lot of things were unnecessary. So when I started dress searching, it was around Jan/Feb or March 2023. I saw the dress that I wanted. I chose it and paid for half of it in March 2023. Then they began production for it, as it had to be customized.
Life happened, and I ended up landing a job in another state, so I had to move around November of 2023, and they told me that I could do three dress fittings before my wedding date in July 2024. I hoped for them to allow me to do a dress fitting in December 2023 and January 2024, as I would be home for the holidays, but they didn’t allow me to do so whatsoever. This was just unnecessary expenses added on for me to fly back-and-forth three times before my wedding as if I didn’t have enough on my plate already, financially. I understand that we have to do the fittings, so that we can make sure the dresses fit accordingly, but I think one or two fittings would’ve been fine in January. My body really didn’t change much at all. Three fittings was a bit much and REALLY inconvenienced me. The worst part? They only did them Monday through Friday, as if that’s not typical working days. It’s already enough to travel, and I can’t just keep taking off work to do dress fittings. I think the team was exceptional. Proficient, efficient, and professional. I just think they needed better hours and better protocol when it comes to people who live outside of New York, as it is unfair when their only location is in Brooklyn.
Other than that, my dress came out beautifully, and I’m glad to have gotten it.

From the moment I walked into Pantora Bridal, I knew I was in the right place. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff made me feel special from the very first appointment. They truly listened to my vision and helped me find the dress of my dreams.
The selection of gowns were incredible, with a wide range of styles to choose from. My consultant was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive, offering thoughtful suggestions without ever being pushy. She made the entire process of choosing a dress stress-free and joyful.
I found *the* dress—one that made me feel beautiful, confident, and completely myself. The attention to detail, listening to my feedback, and brining in my tribe, was impeccable. Every step of the way, Pantora Bridal went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
I can't thank them enough for making such a significant part of my wedding journey so memorable. If you're looking for a bridal shop where you'll feel supported, understood, and celebrated, I wholeheartedly recommend Pantora Bridal. They made my dream dress a reality, and I couldn’t be happier!

Terrible Customer Service: I am an avid supporter of Black-owned businesses, but my experience with Pantora Bridal was deeply disappointing. From the outset, when I inquired about bringing my bridesmaids to my viewing, I encountered belittling treatment. The receptionist repeatedly questioned, “Are you sure you want that many opinions?” despite confirming that I could bring my guests.
Upon arrival, I was immediately met with confusion and questioning regarding the five additional guests they had initially permitted. They insisted there was no space to seat my guests, even though the store was empty with plenty of seating available. This led to a rushed and unpleasant viewing experience. The receptionist even proceeded to argue with me and belittle me in front of my guests.
It was shocking to see online that other guests were offered drinks and snacks upon arrival. In contrast, I was met with hostility from the start of the entire process. My guests politely asked for champagne and water, but the staff seemed reluctant to provide even basic hospitality. When one of my guests inquired about snacks, as mentioned in the reviews, Kristen responded with a snarky comment: “We don’t eat in here; who even told you that?” Throughout the appointment, the receptionists were rolling their eyes and appeared irritated.
After my appointment, they never followed up about the dresses I tried on or the quotes we discussed. They just seemed rushed and pushy throughout the entire process. This was a saddening experience, especially for a Black-owned business, and particularly distressing as it was my first dress viewing.
In stark contrast, my group had a wonderful experience at another wedding dress shop in NYC. The difference in treatment was night and day compared to how we were treated at Pantora Bridal. I am extremely disappointed and would never shop here again. I would suggest others look elsewhere. The dresses were of poor quality, and the customer service was unacceptable.
