Never buy a sandwich here at the deli….. I asked for a chicken cutlet sandwich and they literally took an old crusty chicken cutlet and didn’t even bother heating it up, and cut an old cold chicken cutlet into a sandwich and sold it for 8.99$…… please there are much better options than this garbage. Run. Run and runnnnnnnnnn!!!!!!!

I’ve been living in the neighborhood for fives years, so you know that I been coming to this supermarket a lot . I had one person that I didn’t like and she is a cashier . I forgot an item and I told her I will quickly be back . Mind you I didn’t go far in the supermarket when I came back she cancel out my items and took another customer and when said something she gave me attitude and so from there I stop going to that cashier. However now I said I been going to this supermarket a lot right. Over pass five years I never felt so uncomfortable going shopping in this supermarket. These people make their business to have two guys standing watching me getting my stuff scanned and also making my purchase . However there was another customer in front of me making their purchase and them two guys was never standing there . One man made his business to speak to the cashier that scanned all my items in Spanish after I made my purchase .like I was there to steal. I proceeded to speak out loud so they can hear how uncomfortable I was mind you I paid for everything. Crazy when I left out another customer of my own kind (BLACK) said they do that to him . I don’t think I’m shop at Ozzie’s right often like I use to.

Please beware of this place. Check your receipt because they tend to charge you regular price that is stated on sale. One of the managers, Juan, was very rude and disrespectful when clarifying the the price. He bluntly stated to me if I need to know how to read. Obviosly the stock workers lack the skills under his supervision . Everyone else is nice and helpful!

I like going to this market, but gave this market 4 stars. One pet peeve I have is that they have a tendency to have one price marked on shelf, then you get to the register , get everything rung up and your receipt is given, you will see a different price for that same item . I noticed that on my receipt today, for two items. Another thing I noticed is that this store's prices have changed, some items are overpriced, really expensive. I was getting confused, as I knew I was shopping in my neighborhood, not in a market in Manhattan, NYC, where prices are usually a bit higher..... unbelievable.......

Each 3 supermarkets in my area. Has it's pro & cons. Ozzie's has the best selection in fruits & veggies & fresh herbs. Why I shop there.

Prices charged have been, in several instances, different than those indicated on the shelves (and never in my favor). While i understand that mistakes happen, on this one I have my doubts. Prices indicated are already exorbitant - i don't want to pay extra. Today was my last time in this shop, there are good and cheaper alternatives around there.

Im a reg there and I get along w some of the staff they're pretty friendly good calm and quiet atmosphere most of the time and clean as well a good supermarket to shop in... Il leave em a 5 beacause I know and understand the ins & outs of working in a supermarket...sometimes employees dont get that recognition...today I give it to them!
