They have terrible costumer service. As soon as you walk in everybody stops talking and they pretend to be writing in their computers . They do not cut the metal or wood for you .

Poor customer service and sneaky business. They told me delivery would be free for an order over $300 (which was a bump up from $200 earlier in 2023). I made the order two days later, had it delivered and then found they'd added a $60 delivery fee (to drive five minutes from the store). Then they refused to remove the delivery fee when I complained. They added it on and did it knowingly without telling me, claiming only after I complained that the policy since the new year is free delivery over $500. Though I was told two days before ordering (well into the new year) that it was free over $300. I prefer to support local businesses but I would have saved a lot of money getting my materials at Home Depot

Cheap building materials with paints, tools, hardware, and garden supplies. Not the same selection as Home Depot BUT you are supporting your local community AND saving a good amount of CASH. Love this place.

Wonderful space for selection, good pricing, knowledgeable staff. Locally owned an operating is always a bonus. What’s not in store is probably online an can fulfill the property management/ construction / home improvement aspects in life for DIY project people or subcontractors.
