Loved the Firey ONE (Heated) class with Emma on Sunday morning. I got very lucky that day with sun pouring through my hour long practice and cannot wait to go back!

I took a pilates class here and was amazed by how quickly the hour went by! It was challenging but not overwhelming. I can't wait to try some of the other classes.
