DO NOT bring your pet here! They quoted our puppy’s spaying procedure at $1400 AFTER $200+ for the pre-opp bloodwork. Go to Bond vet for MUCH CHEAPER! These people are absolute criminals.

Dr poler detected a benign heart murmur in my huckleberry kitty and I am grateful for her excellent care. He was able to get an echocardiogram the same day as his annual physical.

A+++ took my Boston terrier there today, we've recently moved to NYC and it's been quite the journey to find a vet. If you are in the same situation, look no further, they are kind, excellent, and go over EVERY DETAIL of treatment costs with you. I look forward to coming back, just pure excellence - very highly recommended!

I’ve been a client for years, but I’m going to have to find a new vet. I can no longer work around their hours. Declining availability and escalating prices. The actual service has always been reliable, though I haven’t had the same vet for more than maybe year since Covid.

The doctors are adequate, the staff is great, but their hands are tied as the management's main objective is to get your pet into the office so they can charge you for as many visits as possible. Yearly dr visits are in excess of $500 not including medications etc. This ownership is all about money and not the best for your pet!

Dr. Crawford and her staff are awesome! They were gentle and caring with our pet (and us!). They are knowledgeable and fabulous at explaining everything that’s going on with them and all of our answering questions. They are the best!

I really liked them at first. Their prices weren’t too crazy, or so I thought. I then inquired about getting my dog spayed. They charged me $500 to do bloodwork and claimed on two occasions that they couldn’t tell me how much the surgery would be. After asking a third time, I got a quote for about $1,500 and $750+ for a dental cleaning that I also inquired about. Why wait until after I pay $500 to tell me that’s the amount? I asked for recommendations on Nextdoor and I found somewhere with great reviews to do it for $240 and I only have to wait a week. This place is a rip off. I won’t be going back.

Horrible. Generally rude staff, not transparent about pricing in any way (surprise fees, not informing clients that preliminary tests had expiration dates, etc), horrible communication (not answering phone, leaving on hold for hours), and I basically had to beg them just to give me test results and schedule a follow-up (many phone calls and unanswered emails).
I wanted to like them because they’re the best location for me, but I’d rather take my cat on a local train to another borough at rush hour in summer than return to these insensitive and unprofessional clowns.

I have seen a new vet every visit for the last 6 months. My dog is very friendly but gets scared easily and don't feel like the rotating vets were accommodating to that even after I told them. More recently we had an incident with my dog eating a tennis ball that I went in for an evaluation for. The vet was unable to recommend a treatment and instead continued to list out procedures that they were unable to perform. When asked what they recommend the response was they were unable to recommend an approach, which is alarming as they are the professionals and should be able to at least guide the patient/customer through the process/best course of action. In addition, they were very quick to recommend sedation, which I was open too if needed, but it seemed to be the only solution until pressed where then they then presented other options. I had a great experience up until they lost Dr. Grittani and due to that I will no longer be returning.

Great compassionate professional knowledgeable vet, who fiercely advocates for her furry patients. The staff is kind, efficient and just overall pleasure to communicate with.

I had the pleasure of having my two dogs being taken care of by Dr. Diaz and Daniel. I normally trek all the way to the Upper West Side every year for the annual vet visits because I had a wonderful and patient vet up there, but decided to give One Love Hospital a shot since they were much closer and I needed one of my dogs to be seen more urgently. The visit went much smoother than expected, even for one of my dogs who normally requires sedation, but wasn't sedated at all during this visit. The exam room had more space than I'm used to, which was a pleasant surprise. I did not feel like they were trying to up-sell anything. They actually recommended against doing some things they found unnecessary. I'm looking forward to more seamless visits in the future.

This is an amazing animal clinic. I've had pets most of my life and the level of care and concern is top notch!
