The office staff are so professional.
They are warm and welcoming.
They answer my questions and help me with finding pet insurance.
The Veterinary and her assistant were so kind and gentle with my Chewy during his checkup.
At the end of my chewy exam one of the other staff addressed me with instructions of how to administer his medication.
In general I would recommend this dog hospital to everyone.

Been a client of one love veterinarian animal Hospital Bay Ridge Brooklyn since day, one of them opening- I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They have cared for all my fur babies . And now my gentle giant Salem. British blue . had called early in the morning, and they squeezed him in as he was having situation with his eye that could have been an ulcer or a serious scratch.
I am very thankful for the thorough exam well
educated Experience Doctors and staff? Testing available on site , Doctors are kind and gentle He’s extremely sensitive. ( true to breed )
All the girls at the front desk are Accommodating very pleasant just wonderful.
Not to mention, the place is spotless I have never experienced anything less. I’m truly thankful. ??
Worth every penny.

Dr. Laura D'onofrio + assistants = excellent
I had a very good experience visiting One Love Hospital this week. This place was recommended by a neighbor who is an animal lover. It was the first time visiting with my dog after living overseas and they were very thorough and put me on a good plan to keep my dog healthy. They are very processional, knowledgeable and efficient . I feel very relived that I found a good vet in Bay Ridge.

Wonderful experience here! I was referred here from my usual vet, and they were able to see me the same-day I called to treat my kitten's eye infection. The vet techs, the vet and the front desk were all kind and attentive and took great care of my cat. Highly recommend!

Never go or switch if you're already a patient....I wouldn't let these people take of my animals, extremely rude and unprofessional!!
