I don’t understand how this place has so many stars. Everything is double the price as everywhere else. Ice cream is $12 instead of $7, a 4 pack of other half beer (brewed and sold down the street) is $30 opposed to $16. They also don’t have many groceries.

There is very likely price-gouging happening at this business in terms of their beer sales. I just paid $38 for a variety four-pack. When you look at reviews on Google and Yelp, it's the same story. When I asked the person at the shop for an explanation, I was told some nonsense. STAY AWAY.

beers are currently being price gouged. used to love this place. a 4 pack of grimm was 35$ + tax. it's a 20$ 4 pack.

Fantastic beer selection. Guy working there was nice. Beer prices decent or at least not more than anywhere else I'm aware of in nyc. Didn't really look at their food. Definitely worth returning next time

Best (fancy) bodega ever. I’ve probably come here almost every day since they’ve opened. They always are the first to have the brand new beverages, whether it’s limited-release beer or a small brand of seltzer. And the people who work here are SO nice! Kiran and Hari are the best!!!
