Unprofessional and dishonest team. Even after I paid their fake 15% tip in cash, they charged me an additional $100 tip on my credit card. informed me that a 15% gratuity was required; however, I believe that tips are arbitrary and not justified in cases where you are not happy with the service. seriously harmed the freshly painted and remodeled walls and doors in my new house.
The crew disregarded instructions and hurried. placed furniture and boxes wherever they saw fit, and they all anchored everything without consulting us. Extremely unhappy, and I will be complaining to the Better Business Bureau and contesting the additional gratuity as well as any expenses related to furniture and home repairs. The company refused to accept responsibility for the strange disappearance of some of my belongings during the transfer. I watched them load everything, yet they said they never received the products! Excuses only—no resolve, no refund. From beginning to end, this was a complete catastrophe!

BEWARE!!! First, they contacted me constantly to get me to agree to hire them. We agreed on a price. Then two days before the move, they increased the cost. I tried to argue but at that point had little negotiating power. When the movers showed up and packed 3/4 of my stuff, they said the cost would be nearly double the original estimate. What could I do at this point? (They still wanted a tip!). Delivery was the ultimate fiasco though. I couldn’t get a day, even though they had plenty of notice and had my stuff for 2 weeks. The office called me at 10:15am to let me know they would deliver that night or the following day and someone would call me 24 hours ahead to confirm. Yes, I know… I wanted and after a couple of calls, I received a text from the driver at 10:30pm telling me he doesn’t speak English and asking me to meet him or sending him directions (I moved into the state that day). After a couple of phone calls, and the dispatcher saying that the driver could not get to me to deliver my items, he decided, at 11:45pm to call it a night and said he would call me in the morning. He didn’t but the driver texted me again at 8:30am to meet him at a gas station. I ended up leasing him to a cemetery to park the truck on the side of the road while he and my new landlord unloaded everything into my landlord’s trailer and made 3 trips of my belongings to my apartment. Then they tried to charge me more again!!! And every box that was marked fragile was seriously busted up and items inside were broken. WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER!!!

I have never had a worse moving experience than this one. Due to their negligence, the movers scratched my walls and furniture. Additionally, there were unstated hidden fees that they charged. The entire procedure was tense and unprofessional.

The movers arrived late and handled my belongings carelessly. Several items were damaged, and customer service was dismissive when I tried to resolve the issue.

A bad experience from start to finish. Because the facility was unsafe, several of my possessions disappeared while they were being stored. The movers were very careless and caused damage to my belongings. This company did not deliver the quality of service that was promised.

Never in my life have I witnessed such poor customer service. The movers showed up late for the job and seemed unprepared. When a number of my boxes were lost in transit, the company offered neither explanations nor compensation. This relocation has been the most stressful one I have ever experienced.

Due to the movers' negligence, a number of my possessions were harmed during the transfer. Despite contacting out, no solution or responsibility was provided. It is annoying to entrust your assets to a service and then experience such carelessness.

The entire process was stressful because the movers were inexperienced and impolite. They arrived late and worked quickly, ruining a number of things in the process. Customer support declined to accept accountability for the problems. It is astounding how unaccountable this organization is and how untrustworthy they are.

The moving service was a complete disappointment. Several of my belongings, including expensive and fragile items, were damaged. When I brought it in, the tone was dismissive and no remedy was offered. I expected professionalism, but what I got was carelessness.

My experience with this moving company was awful. The group appeared ill-prepared, chaotic, and late. Customer service was sluggish, and my belongings were destroyed throughout the relocation. Fake five-star reviews are obviously being posted to hide their ineptitude. Do not put your trust in them.

The movers arrived late, mishandled my stuff, and left a few boxes unaccounted for. Their fraudulent five-star reviews are deceptive—businesses such as these profit from deception. If you cherish your time, money, and possessions, stay away from this dubious enterprise.

Working with Om was great from start to finish. UV was extremely helpful in planning the move. Very responsive, answering all of our questions and overall accommodating. Made us feel comfortable and that everything was being taken care of.
The moving crew was exceptional. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, took great care of our belongings and overall were courteous and respectful. They really went above and beyond.
I would highly recommend Om to anyone looking to move!

Om is a great moving company. The owner, UV, visited our apartment to do an assessment and come up with an appropriate cost, and the team of folks who moved us were all personable, helpful, and communicative. We had to last-minute change the date of our move due to issues with our apartment, and UV was able to accommodate this. Highly recommend Om.
