I CALLED PRIOR TO MY VISIT TO SEE IF OH! NUTS SOLD SALTWATER TURKISH TAFFY. THE TAFFY WAS FOR MY 84 YEAR OLD MOTHER IN LAW.
THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL .
Dietary restrictions: THEY HAVE A VERY LARGE SELECTION OF TASTY SUGAR FREE CANDIES.
Kid-friendliness: THEY SELL COLORING BOOKS AND OTHER CHILD FRIENDLY MERCHANDIZE.
Wheelchair accessibility: THERE'S A LONG WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE RAMP THAT LEADS DIRECTLY INTO OH! NUTS.

On 11/27/23, I ordered cookies and candy for a party we were to attend on 12/2/23. They advised that the item would be arriving on Friday 12/1/23. Hoping for the best, it would be here for 12/2/23. On 11/30/23, I received an update from UPS that there were severe delays. I had no idea what caused these delays. Still hoping that I would receive the item on time, I called OH NUTS only to get the following. The person answered the phone with what seemed like I interrupted her conversation with someone else. No name and this. When I told her about the update from UPS, she said " How would I know, I did not send it. I asked if she could contact UPS for a delivery update. Again I got, " I did not send it, will not know" I then asked for a manager to now getting this response, "There are NO MANAGERS working today." To get me off the phone, she offered to find out what happened and call me back. Well by now, you can guess, I have not received any call. I then called UPS since I needed this gift for 12/2/23. UPS was about as helpful as OH NUTS. The rep said they had no idea where the package was and if I did not get it, the sender (OH NUTS) would have to file a claim. With that I had to go to the event and explain that I would have the item soon.......... I now received an update from UPS that the package would be here TUESDAY 12/5/23 nine days after placing the order. I still have no idea what happened and will I ever receive the package. At this time, I am only hoping to receive the item and divorcing myself from OH NUTS & UPS.

If I could I would give a huge 0 star to this company, HORRIBLE Customer SERVICE. We place an order and they gave me a very hard time to process it, but yet they charged me right away, and then they were asking all weird questions because the address where I was sending the order wasn't the same address where I live?????? OBVIOUSLY is not the same place where I live because it was a gift, then I gave them all the information that they asked for, and still they would not process the order. I call back and I was put on hold forever and then nobody was even answering the phone, so I had to call from a different phone number and sure enough they answered, and told me that they were going to cancel the order and to check for an email confirming the cancellation...Wich I didn't get...... I asked to talk with a manager and they didn't put no one on the phone.... I'm extremely disappointed and will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. If you read all this, think twice when placing an order and get ready to have a hard time dealing with such HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We recently ordered six items as my first purchase from this company. Four items were good. However, of the remaining items, one was poor, and the other item was terrible. The Mini Cinnamon Babka was very dry and the Teiglach was even worse - dry, hard and almost tasteless. We threw both of those items into the garbage. $47 (about half) of the total order just wasted on these two items. And worse, it was embarrassing to have even served these to our guests. I will never buy anything further from this place!

Was a loyal customer for well over a year, spent probably around $1k in that time. Accidently ordered the wrong product recently after they made some changes to the website and they wouldn't do anything because the package was opened and even if it was closed they were going to make me pay to ship it back. I just asked for some kind of credit and they wouldn't offer me anything. I would have been happy with $50 even though I lost $150 on this order. Just wanted some gesture to show they value customer loyalty. THEY DON"T
