I just paid $22 for a sheet of stamps that would have cost $14 at the post office. I guess that’s on me but I didn’t realize how jacked up the price is until after. I’ve used them in the past for shipping and thought the service was fine, but be aware that the postage price here is absolutely ridiculous.

It’s fine. Works in a pinch. The shipping costs are exorbitant (2-3x what you’d pay if you did USPS Click & Ship and printed your own label) but they’ve got all the supplies to pack and ship anything you need. Your customer experience will likely vary significantly depending on which employee you work with — some are lovely and others are really standoffish.

Went in to print a few items and ask about Passport photos, had an amazing worker named Natalie answer all my questions and she even helped when my phone started acting up. Coming back soon for some passport photos since you don't need an appointment. Overall a 10/10 for this place!

I had 2 pkgs, one needed to go via USPS for my sister in the Midwest, & the other, an URGENT document, had to be DHL Express to Europe. I was so nervous, with this pressing deadline, and worried about how my packages would go with each service. Not only did they take the time to carefully package my sister's gift, but they also walked me through the best shipping options for each, using USPS for the domestic and DHL for the international. Their expertise was evident, but it was their patience and genuine care that impressed me the most!!
