I had previously given them my five star review because in previous New York City-based moves, they had done a good job however, I very recently used Green Line as my cross-country Movers - my Restoration Hardware furniture was returned to me with scratches and banged up. It’s very overwhelming to move cross-country and upon arrival, I didn’t inspect carefully. I am so disappointed that my beautiful furniture has scratches and it’s so banged up - be very careful.

Highly recommend!! On our second time using their service, NYC Green Line Movers came through for us on a very last minute move from Brooklyn to the Hudson Valley. Boris was extremely helpful and responsive, and his team was on-time, fast, and efficient. All of our belongings were handled well and delivered without damage. Thank you!

Green Line Movers made my move a seamless, easy process. They were able to disassemble and reassemble my antique table to fit through a narrow doorway effortlessly. Nothing was broken or damaged and the guys were very professional. A dream to work with.

Fifth time I've used Green Line. They show up when they say they will and they're quick and efficient. Every fragile item and mattress was carefully wrapped and handled. Reasonable rates too!
