We ordered a brand new oven from Art Handler's at the end of June. Received it the beginning of July. When we went to install it out of the box, the door wouldn't closed tight. Art Handler's wouldn't replace it claiming the manufacturer won't without them trying to fix it first. A repairman came out and said it needed new springs and had to order the part. It's now August 24th. The repair guy came out today to say they have to come out again with a second man because he needs to remove it from the wall. Unacceptable. I am reporting them to the better business bureau and posting about it on social media. There's no reason why I shouldn't be able to use a brand new oven that was ordered 2 months ago.

They scheduled art handling services well in advance on a project with a client with a difficult schedule. They sent us their invoice to remit payment days late and we issued a check the same day. They let us know Friday at 6:00PM when our office was closed that they did not yet receive the check and presented an option to pay via credit card, which was completed Monday morning. They canceled Monday morning with no remorse, attempt to accommodate our schedule for the Tuesday work scheduled weeks ago or to reschedule the work. This was absolutely unprofessional and terrible service.

So impressed with this company! We worked with NYC Art Handlers at two different locations, and they exceeded our expectations both times. They were responsive throughout the entire process via email and accommodated our schedule! We will definitely use them in the future. I can't recommend them enough.

I was very impressed by the team at NYC Art Handlers. They were prompt and responsive throughout and delivered a very high-quality crate for an affordable rate. I worked with them to box a heavy architectural model, and the build team did a great job making a crate both sturdy enough for long term storage and accessible for regular access to the model. The whole process was refreshingly straightforward, easy, and efficient. I'll definitely use them for any future crating/art handling needs.

These guys are really great and easy to work with. Super responsive so scheduling was a breeze. Both the office staff and on site handlers are very professional and friendly. I knew immediately after meeting the handlers that I could trust them to handle my artwork without concern. I had them move an oversized stretched canvas from NY to NJ and had them install. Everything went perfectly. Very reasonably priced for the quality of service.

Outstanding service. I’d highly recommend them. I spoke with Mijan who managed scheduling and organising insurance certificates etc and she could not have been more helpful and accommodating. On the day the team arrived promptly, packed everything perfectly and carried out the move quickly and efficiently. I was not it NY so everything had to be done remotely and they kept me informed throughout the process. Excellent work.
