!!STAY CLEAR!! found this place from a TikTok came to get grillz for my girls birthday, take your money elsewhere as they will completely disappoint you, they didn’t have them made on time then claimed they lost them…, the owner is rude and hangs up when ur speaking, and their business hours are constantly fluctuating making it difficult as in traveling from out of state, just stay away everytime we call they claim they “lost” the grillz I already paid for. Horrible customer service horrible establishment, and they’re liars.

Dont understand bad reviews. Went in a few weeks ago asking for 2 top and 2 bottom grillz and he even let me negotiate a price and it was cheapp!! The grillz were done in about 3 days and i picked them up. They fit amazing and the guy who made the mold for my teeth gave them to me. He was super nice and the process was super easy

This place is actually the definition of ass. I came here to get a grill and they not only gave me the wrong color but also made my grill too small. Not once but twice. Clearly they dont have the skill set to do something that they claim to be able to do. I requested a refund because the product was shit and didnt even fit my mouth. They refused and kept saying that the manager needed to be there but whenever I would call the manager is " all of sudden " not there. I have to tried to call several times to resolve the issue but they now dont answer the phone. Please and I beg you not to even waste your time at such a disgusting and unprofessional business who know little to nothing about customer service. The absolute worst.

Buyer Beware!!!! Charged my card for an item, but refused to give the product, said the charge was pending, but money was taken from my account. Showrd evidence that the 'pending' claim was false, but to no avail. The staff is and was very rude and disrespectful, with exception of one Black gentleman.

Very unprofessional, extremely rude, and greedy especially the owner’s son. Also, their jewelry is very cheap and terrible quality. I will never step foot back into this establishment and I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.

I give this Jewelery store a 1 out of 10. I went there to order my tooth because of all of the things I saw on yelp. Completely false. I would never ever go back there. They don't pride in what they do and the work is less than what you can get from a 2 year old. Thank God they only got $150 i wouldn't give them another penny.
