NPF is probably one of the best places to extend your dream as a music educator. The CEO of the company has a heart of gold who genuinely demonstrates what true compassion means as an educator. Program Director, Amy is incredibly helpful and understanding of each musician's needs and works hard to make sure teaching artists get the best experiences. NPF's contribution to the music education across the NYC is truly something special!

Unprofessional program. Administration specifically and only hires their friends and family and does not hold them up the same standard as the other employees. Organization is all over the place, site director will change your shift schedule and not tell you. Does not offer staff any support and creates an environment filled with hostility and unease. Children are not properly disciplined and director allows children to do as they please without consequence. Leadership should be carefully reviewed and changed the current director lacks leadership, respect, and adaptability.

It's a great opportunity for the kids who have great love for the violin and now is given the chance to take free lessons! As a kid I always wanted to play the violin, Never had the opportunity because my parents couldn't afford to pay for the lessons. BRAVO!!
