Terrible experience. Horrible customer service. Shaun is terribly aggressive and argumentative for absolutely no reason. Definitely not worth it working with this company. There are other drop off companies much cheaper and more reliable.

If I could give them negative zero stars I would have .. the worst and lying shipping ever. Post a very small box 2 days ago paid 200$ us .. to cover everything and when the box reach Trinidad .. they still charged 13000$tt .. don’t use them

If I could give it 0, I would. I usually use Amerijet and never encountered any issues with them. I went to send 2 barrels overseas, but Amerijet no longer sends barrels, and since I had already paid $120 for the barrels, i didn't just want to not use them. I was recommended to NicNat, and I wish I had checked the reviews first. I was told the barrels will reach in 5 days, well it's 2 wks now, and everyday I track the barrels the dates changes to tomorrow or 2 days after. I WOULD TELL EVERYONE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS THE WORST. I will be posting on all media pages because this is ridiculous

THE WORST SHIPPING COMPANY IN EXISTENCE! the staff is VERY VERY unprofessional. I don't ever do reviews but I could not let this experience go undocumented. My experience was so horrible that I do not want anyone to go through what I went through. Most shipping companies provide a freight collect option Nicnatdirect does not, once you pay upfront for your cargo to be shipped they could care less as to what happens after. Like the other reviews I WILL NEVER recomend this shipping company to anyone!!!!!

Poor service provider. Very disappointed!!! Box posted on the 7th December, up till now I can't receive it. The tracking information not updated. Last date was the 23rd december. I will not recommend to anybody. That is pure stress and headache.

Unreliable and I am Very very disappointed with the service . Box was posted on the 7th of December .Today is the 28th of December and still haven’t not received anything . The tracking information was last updated on the 23rd of December therefore I am unable to know the where about of the item . I will not recommend this service to anyone
