they use some hick bank in Omaha Nebraska for an nycb credit card .the worst ever.this bank is so bad they gotta use another bank to issue you their credit card...and they are dishonest .they charge interest even though you pay on time ...

Bank closed two working days going into a weekend no notice .. . nice , bank stated has electric problems????. NO BACK UP for this situation just close the bank and send customers to other branch .. it's hard for some people to travel to different branch that is why they have account in this branch . think about your customers and invest in a mobel electrical truck yes you have to paid a little but your a BIG BANK and your parent NYCB is BIGGER .. BAD < BAD< BAD
