Had a very large investment there that expired and not a single e-mail, call or contact of any kind to alert me to it or help me in any way. When I went to branch to close out my account last week three was no answer why they cared so little about a customer.The only saving grace was Melissa who was very nice and did a fine job at trying to assist me on that day, but too little too late. Not a place if you have investment money and want some basic attention/service.

I have been with this bank for 20 years. And I have no complaints. Though its a small bank. They are very well micro managed and have very good customer service.

When is this bank going to open to the public again? If it is a matter of getting the glass installed, I feel that every bank should have had this years ago. After all, what if some unstable person comes up to a teller?

This is like going to a bank in some small town out in the middle of Hick Nowheresville USA. That's not meant as a compliment. Sleepy, backward, very quiet atmosphere inside the branch.

Been a Member of The Bank since I was a Child. My mom opened up my first account at this Branch. My kids have kids at this Branch as well. Never had a problem. I'm now 56 years old. Great Personnel.
