### Stay Away or Proceed at Your Own Risk
I traveled from Dallas, Texas, to New York City to find my dream wedding dress. After following NYCityBride on Instagram and admiring their selection online, I was confident about my choice before even visiting in person.
Upon arrival, Mariya was nice and helpful. She assisted me in trying on dresses and helped me visualize how my dress would look. She also facilitated communication between me and the designer. My dream dress was a long-sleeve, high-neck, plain white satin gown with a ribbon, complemented by a veil adorned with 3D flowers.
However, several problems arose:
1. Incorrect Measurements:
The size taken at the store did not match the size of the dress I received. The dress arrived one and a half months after my measurements were taken, leaving me panicked as my wedding was only one month away and the dress did not fit. The designer had created the dress with the wrong measurements, causing unnecessary stress and body image issues as I had to starve myself to fit into the dress.
2. Veil Quality:
I was told the flowers on the veil would be hand-sewn, but they were glued instead. This made the flowers stiff, defeating the purpose of having a flowing, natural-looking veil.
3. Poor Craftsmanship:
The ribbon clip on the dress was not stitched properly. The ribbon was meant to be detachable, but the clip was so poorly stitched that it did not reflect the price or quality expected from NYCityBride.
Overall, the experience added significant stress to my wedding preparations. Proceed with caution if you choose to shop here.

Was here on Saturday and had an amazing experience. I worked with Natalya and she was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. She helped me find styles I liked and even suggested a few styles I wasn't thinking I would love but that I looked amazing in. There prices are great, the quality and styles are top knotch. Scheduling my appointment was easy to do online. I highly recommend.

I am getting married February 22, 2024. In my search for a reasonable, reliable bridal boutique I came across NYCityBride. I live in Bermuda and scheduled a virtual consult. They responded quickly with an appointment time and the details around the consult. I was very pleased with the help I received during our meeting and discussed potential styles. Marie was very helpful. An in store fitting and viewing of dresses was the next step. I had to travel from Bermuda to New York to make final selection of my wedding dress. This is where the disappointment started. I arrived at the shop for my scheduled appointment time and was greeted by one of the consultants. She had no knowledge of the dresses I had previously discussed and was not prepared for my arrival. After a few phone calls she was joined by a second consultant and they started pulling dresses from the designer I previously discussed. The visit was saved, we did a fitting and final dress choices were made. I can say the dress arrived ahead of time once ordered which made me VERY happy! Shipping was discussed when I visited the shop but and I was told it was part of the original price, only to have to pay extra on top of dress price. After a week of no response by email or phone call to get my dress shipped I had to call a friend in Brooklyn to collect the dress and ship to me.
Update- After working with the team for resolve they were apologetic and assisted me with shipping of the dress quickly to Bermuda. I would recommend this boutique to a new bride.

I have called- No Response.Be cautious when buying from them if you are an international buyer. I have not yet seen the final dress, but I am hopeful it is beautiful. I really wanted to love my experience with them as they have an amazing selection of dresses. Organization and quick responses to email could be better.

Just bought my dream wedding dress here last week. Tetiana, the consultant, was so helpful and prompt in following up with me afterwards. They have a gorgeous selection and my group and I had an amazing time trying on dresses. My budget was relatively small, and I was able to find several options within my price range. I'm so excited to try on my dress once it comes in. I highly recommend this salon if you're looking for a beautiful dress that won't compromise your budget!!

I hesitated about buying my dress online and was even afraid to received a bad quality fabric but I have the say that this web site has the best price quality correspondence, customer service,variety.....My dress was everything I wanted and dreamed about it.I struggled to make up my mind but finally nailedMarie was super helpful ? and patient ,thanks to her I got really what I wanted
