Chad Kessler is hands-down the best Real Estate broker we have worked with in New York City. He’s incredibly thoughtful, goes out of his way to make sure that prospective tenants have all of the information they need, and goes above and beyond every step of the way. It says a lot that years after renting with him all of the neighbors universally agree that he’s the best AND that we trust him to find more good neighbors. I can’t imagine a better outcome for owners and tenants alike.

We just leased a beautiful 1-bedroom in Park Slope with Chad Kessler, and it was a wonderful experience working with him. He was very responsive, friendly, and professional, and gave us a bunch of local recommendations. I highly recommend working with Chad!

If you are in need of an apartment or looking to purchase/sell a home, pls work with Chad Kessler! I felt like I was working with a friend and not just any agent. Most brokers don't take the time to help you and aren't as patient, transparent, and as helpful as Chad is. He helped me secure an apt in a very tough market. Forever grateful!

My experience of first time selling-and-buying a home at the same time turned out to be one of the most insane situations I've ever encountered in my life. If it wasn't for Chad Kessler being by my side supporting me through the whole crazy thing I'd have lost my mind! Chad is extremely knowledgeable about the Brooklyn real estate market, the history of neighborhoods, and pros and cons of types of buildings. Throughout both the selling and buying process, Chad was very responsive at any moment, and was very strategic and inclusive with all sorts of discussions. His coworkers and boss at New Millennium were also very helpful and supportive, they are a great team/firm. We accepted an offer that's waaaay above our asking price within a week of the first open house! As I've mentioned above, my situation is one of the very rare crazy situation involving my late husband's estate and a very incompetent executor of estate. Chad demonstrated amazing patience and understanding which I'd never expect of anyone involved, but he stuck with me through every step. He made the process very fun and easy, I'd work with him again without a question. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience working with Chad to find our new apartment in Park Slope. He was responsive, transparent, and very pleasant to work with. Moving can be super stressful and working with Chad took the stress out of securing our new place. We would recommend Chad to anyone looking for a their next apartment!

There are so many wonderful things i can say about Chad Kessler at New Millenium Realty. We had never expected to feel so at ease selling our family home of over 53 years, something that would have been otherwise very stressful and saddening was met by Chad's kindness, understanding and commitment to making us feel like we were the only clients he had, but not only like clients, like family. His empathy for our situation, which you can imagine, was so very much appreciated by our entire family! He is very attentive and informative when it came to our concerns, there was never a question or issue that went unaddressed. We immediately felt comfortable upon meeting Chad, Emily and Donald, his colleagues at our home. During this delicate time in the height of the Pandemic he took extreme precautions for our safety, which was so helpful for my 80 year old Mother, who he affectionately called "Ma" and our 85 year old father he referred to as "Pops". We could not have dreamed of an easier transition leaving our home. He even connected us to the buyers making this not just a transaction, but a passing on of our beloved home to another generation who would raise their own family there. We are so grateful for Chad! My experience with Chad was nothing short of perfect. Chad's response time was quick, execution flawless, and personability top notch. I hope to stay in my new home for years to come, but I will be sure to use Chad again when the time comes. 10/10 recommend utilizing him as your realtor.
