I bought a fresh salmon fish from fish section where I usually buy a fresh fish and it’s was second time i have this experience when I baked it i taste like soup or some chemical supply ? i think the fish guys washing the table (where they cutting and washing fish )with soup or other cleaning chemicals and after rinsing very poorlyFish guys please rinse ? the fish table good!Because i don’t want eat soap!!!P.S. so I gave a second try yesterday fish section at net cost west 5th I bought wild salmon again and it’s taste as soap again!!!Horrible I don’t know why is that but now I’m very sure it’s taste some chemicalsWon’t buy it agai ?

Waited in line for almost 6 minutes which isn't a lot but the gentlemen in front of me had a few item and i also had a few item. When he called out the person behind because she had 1 item. He not once said to me sorry give me a moment she's an employee. Nothing. Rude. Waited for him to have his little chit chat with the staff member. Then it's my turn not a greeting or sorry for the wait. Scanning the item fast and rough like if he was rushing. Francesco was the guy in who took care me. My experience with this gentlemen was rude and annoying.

The store also has an onsite kitchen, deli, and bakery. Everyone speaks Russian and English. Prices are on higher level. You get what you paid for.

Do not recommend. I went there yesterday for groceries and the guy behind the counter in cold cuts/ cheeses dept, around 60 y.o., refused to slice hard cheese for me. Somehow he could slice my ham, but not cheese, so I left with 1/2lb cheese in one chunk. It was 6. 50 pm only. The dept closes at 9pm, so what could be the problem? Seems like the employees make their own rules regarding service they give. The management could not explain these 'cheese rules' or be helpful in any way either.If a store wants to have customers, they should be able to accommodate basic services. I don't need these annoyances after 12h work, being tired and rushing home. Nobody does, actually.
