My people: I have to share somewhere unique I have found in Brookkyn for car repair: Nationwide Auto and Truck Painting on Atlantic Avenue by Buffalo.
If you want honest advice, service and reasonable cost, go there, like I did.
The staff is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The work product is great.
What more can anyone want in this world of scammers and fakes?

Absolutely exceptional experience at Nationwide. I called them because they were recommended by Urban Classics Auto, who I have trusted for about a decade with service.
When my wife had a bad fender bender on a Friday afternoon, they helped us get in and get processed quickly so that the work could start first thing the next week.
They were very kind and funny in the office, and it was also reassuring to see so many city and commercial vehicles are services there.
They beat their estimated repair time by over a week and saved me a rental car for some out of town work.
And the work itself was flawless. No complaints, and I've already recommended them several times to friends for auto body work.

A large deer jumped out in front my '99 Cadillac Escalade and these guys were not only able to source the parts, but get her looking like she just got off the lot. I highly recommend them. Even better, consistent communication through the job was great.

Brought my car here twice. Got into really bad accidents. This shop was able to get my car back into tip top shape. I trust them and will fully recommend them to all my friends and family. Awesome job by the team here. They are exceptional. Very respectful and take well care of my car.

My experience with nationwide auto and parking has been very positive. The service was exceptional and Nash/Kevin were very accommodating and provided me with a very fair quote for the fix on my vehicle. Would recommend to anyone needing repairs on their vehicles!
