I had an utterly dreadful experience with my CPA. I enlisted their services for help with my tax returns, hoping for a smooth and stress-free process. Unfortunately, that was far from what I received.From the very beginning, their work was consistently sloppy and inaccurate. I had to constantly remind them of important deadlines and provide them with essential information that they should have already had. It was evident that they were not taking their job seriously, and the quality of their work suffered as a result.Moreover, the CPA was extremely unresponsive and unprofessional. Whenever I tried to contact them with questions or concerns, I was met with long delays and a lack of clear communication. It was as if my time and needs were not important to them. This made the entire process frustrating and needlessly time-consuming.Overall, my experience with this CPA was a significant letdown. Their lack of attention to detail and unprofessional demeanor was unacceptable, and it's something that I would not want anyone else to have to deal with. If you're looking for reliable and competent tax services, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
