Walter is such a nice dude. He works so hard to fix your bike and he will tell you exactly what is wrong with it. If you think you're going to get a better price elsewhere, I highly doubt that. I trust him completely and I'm glad I did. Don't go anywhere but Nachos

i asked them to fix a flat. I said I would pay more just to make sure the bike worked when I needed it.I went to them three times.I did not go to them a fourth time.They said they weren't sure, they made excuses.

I've been riding in NYC for over ten years- commuting, exploring, errands, loops around the park for fun- and bicycle maintenance is inevitable. There's a lot of great LBS but Nacho's is noteworthy for how friendly and fast their service is.They're also excellent at the more advanced bike work. I've gotten tune ups here to improve performance of my gears and brakes. They also fixed a tubeless tire that had been leaking and is now running beautifully and holding air, and rebuilt another wheel when several spokes broke.So no matter if you're on a clunker or a high end carbon fiber bike you should know Nacho's can assist!

Honestly would rate 6 stars if I could. Service was fast and at a fair price. Very happy to know that Nachos is here in the neighborhood.

They replaced my tube 3 times even though the whole time I needed the whole tire replaced which I realized when I finally went to another bike shop - they don’t know what they are doing or they are just ready to rip you off!

Nacho's has helped me with both basic (tune up) and advanced (rebuilding a wheel) work. They're always super friendly and happy to take the time to explain their work or answer questions about basic maintenance. Their prices are fair, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. I don’t normally dish out reviews or 5 stars unless a business has had a big enough impact that I feel compelled to—Nachos absolutely deserves 5 stars and then some.I had my first bike built here, which fit and rode perfectly. My girlfriend brought her first bike here—no issues. I just recently had my newest bike built here, and guess what? Perfectly made with no issues. Walter was the mechanic with all 3 of these builds and I cannot recommend him, and the shop itself enough.It’s operated (to my knowledge) by two gentleman, Nacho and Walter—both very knowledgeable, kind, and willing to stop and chat if you have any questions about anything.Any issue I’ve had I’ve come here, any issue I’ll have in the future I’ll come here. As you’ve already guessed I can’t recommend Nachos shop enough. You’ll be in great hands!

No matter what problem I have, no matter how stupid or tedious it is with my bike. They will always give you the 100% truth and give 100% effort. Very much recommend been going here since they first opened.

Very friendly and helpful. I spent over an hour trying to change the tires on my bike, I broke a lever and pinched two tubes before I decided to haul my bike to the nearest shop. Thankfully Nacho's was close by! They replaced my tubes and finagled the tires on and I was back on the road in ~30 minutes.
