This is my first ever Google review because I love the folks at Myrtle Pharmacy so much. Aside from my prescriptions always being dealt with using utmost precision and professionalism, for years — they really care. I suffered an enormous loss recently and had worn it on my face while at the pharmacy. Clare took time to be a loving and compassionate support to me while I was there. The next time I came in for a pick-up right before closing, she presented me with a bunch of flowers on behalf of the entire staff. I was completely overwhelmed by the kindness. I will never go anywhere else!
This is what a community establishment does to build community. Thank you, Myrtle Pharmacy! I love you guys!

Can not recommend this place enough. Fast, efficient, and kind. They filled my daughter’s urgent prescription in one phone call after it needed to be transferred from a less helpful generic pharmacy down the road. Many thanks to this team.

They are very kind and attentive. The pharmacy staff answers questions patiently. My family and I moved our prescriptions to this pharmacy after Walgreens made a terrible error in filling a prescription, which landed one of us in the ER. Don't go to Walgreens.

Such great service and care. Go to them. Don’t even consider the Walgreens down a few blocks where I waited for over an hour for simple prescriptions that I was told over the phone were ready. Myrtle Pharmacy is indeed the best place to go!

This business was so helpful in getting my families medications for a long time, and I recommended it to others. However, when I was recently trying to resolve a stressful situation in getting prescriptions filled and they were quite rude and confrontational. I was really bummed because they'd been reliable for so long. Not only did they not come through for us, they had a strangely aggressive and defensive attitude while doing so. I get it if the meds aren't available; but I don't understand why you are angry and rude to me? It's hard enough being the parent of kids with special needs; this place just made it even harder and less pleasant.

what a revelation to switch from chain pharmacies to a local small pharmacy. walk in to get an Rx refilled... you won't need to wait more than 2-3 mins (not joking) for it to be ready to go and check out. doc calls in an Rx... they fill it right away. call them on the phone and a human being will answer, there's no automated menu phone system you will want to scream at working your way through. staff knows me and my stuff. personally i also love that they are open Sundays (Sat is their day off), which is when I am more likely to do my errands for the week.

I was having trouble with my provider to get my prescription sent to this pharmacy and the woman who answered the phone was super patient and willing to help me! She went above and beyond to make sure my information was in order and that my persecution would be ready for pickup. Very grateful for her!
