Booking was very easy once you submit a questionnaire about your dog's up to date vaccines. I expressed my hesitation to my natural pet because my dog is very often very timid with strangers and afraid of loud noises (the dryer) . To my surprise she was hyper and looked happy when they were done with her grooming. She even tried to go back down the stairs where they groomed her. It came out to $120-130, which included wash and dry, anal gland expression and cut nails. ( she is 70 lbs). In my opinion this was more than I thought it would be but we also never professional groomed her before, so not sure this is standard. However, I would Definitely take her back bc she looked very shiny, not stressed and they took their time with her because she is a shy dog. Thanks again!

We have been using My Natural Pet store for a number of years to shop for our now 10-year old Long Coat German Shepherd. The store is excellent. The product selection is top-notch – products are natural, chemical-free and organic. When you shop for your pet here, you can be assured that they will get the best stuff on the market. Everyone is very friendly. Margo - the owner - is also extremely knowledgeable about every product and company that produces it. If you have questions or concerns, she always spends a lot of time with your discussing your issues and making great recommendations. We will certainly continue coming here.

Love My Natural Pet. Lexi loves the wet food and her new tunnel toy that my girlfriend bought recently. The Halloween and Christmas family pictures are so awesome. The staff there are terrific.

Such a sweet and resourceful store. Not only do they have a wide range of healthy pet food options, I’m always finding extra snacks and toys for my cats. Not to mention the owner has the best cat behavior advice! Super thank you for the visitor anxiety tips.

Great store with nice selection of high quality pet foods. Frozen section too including raw goat's milk and other human grade dog and cat foods. I buy my dog's food there and have been really happy with what I've purchased. They also give great recommendations if you are not sure what to try for your pet.

One of the best pet stores! Owner goes above and beyond for my fur baby so he can have his favorite food and not starve himself. Staff is very educated on all the brands they carry and always have great recommendations

My pup comes here for her grooming which are about $85. They do a good job. Always have availability and she leaves happy and not traumatized. We are able to pick up a cute toy on the way out.

My dogs really liked shopping here. I loved shopping here. I can’t wait to go back. This store is very pet friendly and has wide aisles; large pet strollers fit easily and so do wheelchairs/walkers. The store is well lit and very clean. I specifically came for advice with balanced meals, I’m now cooking for my dogs. There is a good selection of meal additives, toppers and human grade pet foods.My other reason for shopping at My Natural Pet was to get a harness for a hard to fit dachshund. Margo tried on every harness and ultimately took my name and number for when his comes in, he’s a specialty order. My special boy.Next, matching outfits for the holiday season. This was so much fun. The dogs tried on a bunch of stuff- see pics- if you have ever seen Last Holiday with Queen Latifah - that was the vibe in the store. It was FABULOUS. They were offered little complimentary treats. The store has the best overall vibe as far as pet stores in the neighborhood.We did get a few things off list. There was no hard sell, we just could not resist, Frank Sinatra helped himself to a reindeer toy. It’s nice when dogs can pick out there own toys and treats. It was more fun than Chewy. Sashay tried on a few dresses and is coming back for pics with Santa in the green plaid one. We bought three sweaters, one dress, two treats, one toy, meal additives and spent about $100.

I went there to see about adopting a kitten with an organization called "NYC TEENS FOR ANIMALS". There was a young lady that was nice but there was an old lady that was quite rude and she interrupted me twice. I just left and will seek to adopt a kitten from somewhere else. My Natural Pet from what i have learned is a good pet store. Upon adopting a kitten which I am looking for, for my mom; I will go in there and check it out.

When it comes to out pets who resemble family more than just an animal we decided to keep, I think we all know we'd do anything to make sure they are in the best hands. My natural pet has been my go to for about 2 years now. My coconut, a 4 year old 10lb Maltese is the goodest boy and loves the groomers now. The first time I saw my boy walk out of a grooming with a smile was when Melissa cleaned him up. The professionalism and cleanliness in this establishment is exactly what pulls all fur baby parents back.

this is the best pet store in brooklyn! every employee is so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and i really feel like i am feeding my animals the best food and getting the absolute best advice here. i also love that this place is woman owned! margo, the owner, is always ready to help me out and you can tell she has years of experience. i also love all their fun toys and treats! highly recommend! ❤️

Margo and her amazing team are fantastic. They are always friendly and helpful. Their prices are great and I have fun with the dog and cat toys. The fact that they support rescues by holding adoption events AND also host monthly vaccine clinics makes it even better.

Pet shop is so cute , the owner has the cutest accessories for the pets , the staff is very friendly and welcoming , they’re ready to help you once you walk in . Definitely will be coming back.
